Back in November, Ron Funches revealed on The Late Late Show with James Corden that he is engaged to Christina Dawn. Today, he announced that they tied the knot!

In very shaky times it’s important to lean into what is solid. You have made my life better everyday since we met. I thought I’d be a single dad forever and I have to thank all the experiences, therapy, and good women who brought me into a space to be ready for the kindest, nerdiest, funniest, prettiest and most supportive woman I’ve ever met. You’re a great step mom, my best friend ( sorry @gabedinger), and I hope we watch Sitcoms, travel together, and sit on benches until we’re as old as Sophia and that black man she dated for one episode of the Golden Girls. I love you @hi_christinadawn.

Funches has a 17-year-old son, Malcolm, from a previous relationship.

Congrats to the two. I hope she is loving her some bunches of Funches.

Remember when you were a kid, and your parents took you to McDonald’s. You were so excited to get a Happy Meal? Don’t you wish you could get one now? But you are like, I am an adult, and I can’t. Well, you can. McDonald’s revealed today that old people can get them too.

Happy Meals are not just for kids anymore! Guess where I am going for dinner? Except, I will probably have to get two because I am twice as big!

Good Humor teams up with RZA for a new ice cream truck jingle

Did you know the ice cream truck jingle we know has racist ties to it? It does because of parody versions of the 19th-century tune. Good Humor no longer wants ice cream to be associated with that song anymore.

Therefore, they reached out to Wu Tang Clan’s RZA, and asked him to come up with a new track for them and all ice cream trucks. How could he say no to that? Especially since they offered him a lifetime supply of their ice cream for free. They didn’t. But it would sweeten, literally, the deal for me.

Anyways, Good Humor and RZA are making their version free forever to all of the ice cream trucks in the world. All they ask is that they stop playing Turkey in the Straw, and use their modern melody instead.

I prefer it to the original. What about you?

BTW Am I the only one who wants to know why they went to RZA instead of Ice-T, Ice Cube, or Vanilla Ice? Not that I don’t like what he did. It just seems like one of the Ices go better with ice cream.

Of course, 2020 gives us a Star Wars Holiday Special
August 14th, 2020 under Disney+, Lego, Star Wars. [ Comments: none ]

Back in 1978, Star Wars got its own holiday special. It was so horrendous that people tried to bury it with E.T.: The Extra Terresterial Atari game. Therefore, you would think they would never attempt another one again.

Well, Disney+ says how much worse can 2020 get. Therefore, they are teaming up with Lego to do a Christmas special with Star Wars’ most loved characters.

Set after the events of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Rey leaves her friends to prepare for Life Day as she embarks on a new adventure with BB-8 to gain a deeper knowledge of the Force. At a mysterious Jedi temple, Rey finds herself hurled into a cross-timeline adventure through beloved moments in Star Wars cinematic history, coming into contact with Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi and other iconic heroes and villains from all nine Skywalker saga films. But will she make it back in time for the Life Day feast and learn the true meaning of holiday spirit? You’ll have to watch to find out!

The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special will debut on November 17th.

On a positive note, Bea Arthur will not be part of this special. Maybe they can get Brad Garrett to play her part.

Is this the bravest thing that Gal Gadot has ever done?

Forget that Gal Gadot served in the Israeli army and is Wonder Woman, this is the bravest thing she has ever attempted. Eating spaghetti with tomato sauce while wearing all white and sitting on an all white couch.

If she managed, to not even get a speck of red sauce on anything, then she truly deserves to be Diana Prince’s alter ego.

Men will not get this, but women will completely understand.
