Tonight at 9p on NBC, This Is Us airs its second standalone episode of the season and it is an emotional one between Randall (Sterling K. Brown) and his dying father (Ron Cephas Jones).
William wants to show his biological son, whom he recently became reacquainted with, where he grew up before he dies. As they drive down to Memphis, we will get to witness what William’s life was like as a baby, all the way up until to today in flashbacks. Proving the much loved drama can go back further than William’s adoptive parents’ lives. As we see what he went through all of his life, we get a better understanding of why he gave Randall up when he was just hours old.
The story isn’t only about flashbacks, William introduces Randall to family members he has never met before. Showing us a different side of the uptight triplet. He let’s go, has fun and that will bring a huge smile to our faces.
The relationship between the two men is stronger than ever, and then something happens. Something that will forever change their lives forever. Get the tissues ready because this episode will make you cry, laugh and cry some more. All while reminding you that television can be great again.

He said, “This was an episode we’ve planned since the pilot, but in my wildest dreams I never imagined it would turn out this well. Pilot directors John Requa and Glenn Ficarra poured themselves into this one, and it shows. Sterling K. Brown and Ron Cephas Jones turn in two of the more memorable performances I’ve seen in some time.
“I’m obviously incredibly proud of this episode … and, obviously, incredibly biased. But I hope this one moves you as it moved me. I suspect it will.” It will and it does, so make sure to tune in because this is a must not miss episode.

Jimmy Kimmel has been hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live for 14 years now, making him the longest running late night host on broadcast television. He recently sat down with Variety and told them he has an end date in sight. The ABC late night host said, “I know I will do the show for another three years (his contract expires in 2019),” adding, “It’s possible that will be it. My wife’s pregnant. At a certain point, I’d like to have a little more free time. I have very little free time as it is.”
He says he spends 70 hours working on the show a week rewriting the monologue and researching guests. Thus, you can’t blame him for wanting to spend more time with his 2 year old daughter Jane and his future child. Although, since his wife is his the co-head writer, can they afford to both be out of work?
When it comes to ABC letting him go, I wouldn’t be surprised if they wanted to change things up. Now that Stephen Colbert has seen an upswing in viewers after the inauguration, Jimmy Fallon is still leading the 11:35p hour and Kimmel has stayed in last place, it wouldn’t be shocking if they decided to try something new. Even though he made viral videos a thing with late night TV, Fallon and Corden now own the market. ABC has a lot of people who could fill his shoes, so would you be surprised if they went shoe shopping?
Granted, that could all change if ABC sees a huge ratings increase with the Oscars this Sunday, but with most of the nominees barely being seen by the average movie goer, I doubt it. I wish him luck with that.

Riverdale has been on The CW for less than a month and it already got a pornody over at Pornhub called Beaverdale. Even though they won’t tell us the plot of the XXX movie, they did say in the press release that Archie, Betty and Veronica will finally get that three-way we have always wanted since we learned what they are.
Poor Jughead. Hopefully, he will get something too (Especially, since he is really cute here). Although, considering the people behind the movie, I am sure he does. Hopefully, we will find out why Archies comics called Josie’s bandmate’s The Pussycats.
Oh and this gives an all new meaning to the Archies’ song, Sugar, Sugar because you know Riverdale High is finally getting some!

One of the funniest jokes in the highlarious movie Office Space was the character who was named Michael Bolton and he hated his name. What if the singer he was named after was in the film instead of him, how would change the cult classic? Funny or Die switched out the guy in the movie with the Grammy winner and it would actually make it better. Because, let’s be honest with each other, he makes everything better.

It is College Championship Week on Jeopardy, so they have questions that are more for their generation. One of those questions was Let’s Rap, Kids, and Alex Trebek had to Rap out the lyrics aka the answers or the questions depending on your take of it. How did it go? Let’s just say there is a reason there is only one White Rapper from Canada because they are not the best at it.
But the game show host gave it is best effort, so I adored him when he said, “I was just getting in to this Rap thing. I’m not that good at it, but I was getting into it.” Let’s hope they give him more categories like this in the future because it makes the smart show goofy and they need that every now and again.
