All of out favorite employees at Cloud 9 have walked out because Glen (Mark McKinney) was fired. Not only did they walk out, they have also gone on strike and are asking people to boycott the big box store.
Things seem to be going no where until someone from corporate decides to hear their demands. The group sends in Amy (America Ferrera) and Jonah (Ben Feldman) to meet with the man. Things seem to be going OK, until he asks them to do something to get what they want and they don’t want to do. How long will this strike go on for? You will just have to tune in for another great to season to find out.
So I was having one of those Mondays and I didn’t realize that NBC aired a special preview of The Good Place. Therefore, I did not get to tell you to watch. I was not wowed by the first episode but then as the show goes on you see what they are doing. It is not all that it seems and there are some funny and brilliant moments coming up this show that puts you in a good place.
On tonight’s episode, Tahani (Jameela Jamil) throws a party for everyone where they all get their favorite, but then tragedy strikes. Not only that we find out that Eleanor (Kristen Bell) is not the only person who doesn’t belong there, think you know who else was wrongly sent there? You won’t and you will enjoy finding out who it is!

If you think about, it looks like we have the first female President before we have a woman in the majors. Who would’ve thought? Both don’t seem like a reality, but Pitch makes it seem like it can be one.
Ginny Baker (Kylie Bunbury) is called up to the Big Leagues after many years in the Minors. There is so much attention surrounding her pitching debut, but can the first MLB female player live up to the hype, and survive the pressure. Her publicist is on her side as is some of her teammates and bosses, but then there are those that think she is just a gimmick. Is she? You will have to watch to find out. Pitch is a show that every parent needs to watch with his little girl so that she can learn she can be whatever she wants! That and it is one of the few dramas you can watch as a family.

I watched Notorious a few months ago, and I didn’t like it. I am opting not to watch it again because I disliked it that much.
If it was just about a News Producer (Piper Perabo) and a Lawyer (Daniel Sunjata), who are breaking news stories, because of their friendship; then fine. But then there is a case that develops during the episode and it doesn’t keep my interest because it is one we have seen before, so not fine.
That and I am not one of the people who drinks the Shonda Rhimes Kool-Aid, so it is not like I feel like I have to watch the meat in her sandwich.
Josh Groban is recently single. Yesterday Or Matias and him were photographed in tuxes, posing in what looked like a prom photo; so do the two men have something to tell us? Before you Grobanites freak out, they were just each others date to the NY Philharmonic’s opening gala because the two stars ran straight from rehearsal of their Broadway show, The Great Comet, to listen to Alan Gilbert.
But for a second it was fun to imagine because they look so great together in their penguin suits.
The thing I love most about Family Feud is that is a family show that sometimes might not be so family friendly.
For example, Steve Harvey asked, “Name something that you don’t care if it is fake as long as it looks good?” Shayne buzzed in and said, “A woman” Then he elaborated, “parts.” The judges wanted him to be more specific, so he was when he added, “Boobs!” What makes the answer even funnier is that he is a Gospel artist, and I am sure his fellow artists will make him sing Amazing Grace as penance.
Especially since the answer was only the third on the board. I guess they surveyed more women than men!
Lupita Nyong’o was on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday and her name is not the easiest one to spell. The ABC late night show thought it would be interesting to see if people on the street outside their studio would be able to spell her name correctly with the apostrophe. To entice them, they offered them money. It started out with $5 and they doubled it every time someone got it wrong. Eventually, someone got it right, but how much did it cost the show. Answer, a lot of money, so watch to see the show go for broke and succeed.
