Mythbusters is ending its long run this weekend, but Adam Savage brought it back to the beginning on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Back when the show started out, they tested out what would happen if you dropped a penny from the Empire State Building to see if would kill someone on the street.
They did this by shooting a penny at Savage’s butt with a special powerful gun. That was then, this is now. Savage wanted to do that experiment again and he did it on the CBS late night show yesterday. He gave Colbert the gun, pulled down pants and let him shoot him in the a$$. With glee the host did it, and Savage felt the pain.
He didn’t die, but I am sure when he goes to sit down, he will probably wish he did.
Less than a week after Netflix rolled out Fuller House, they announced today that they are picking up the family show for a second season. Is anyone surprised? Even though they didn’t release how many people streamed it, you knew it was huge because so many people have been talking about it on social media since Friday.
Now that The X-Files and Fuller House have proven to be huge successes, what other ’90s shows would you like to see brought into the 21st Century? I would love to see them update Dinosaurs, City Guys, California Dreams and Just the 10 of Us. To name a few, a very few.

For the first time since season 12, Dancing with the Stars will be Houghless. Just weeks after Julianne Hough announced that she would not be returning, her brother followed suit. According to Entertainment Weekly, Derek Hough is taking this season off to focus on acting. Last week, it was announced that he will be starring in Singing in the Rain on Broadway early next year.
Personally, now that 6-time champ is not dancing on the show, I might actually watch it again. I was so sick of him doing the same choreography and the Judges kissing his a$$ for it.
How do you feel about him leaving the ballroom?
