Ben Powers passed away at the age of 64 on April 6th according to his obituary at Auclair Funeral Home. He is best known for playing Thelma’s husband, Keith Anderson, on Good Times. He also had several guest starring roles on other TV shows, including co-starring in Mickey Spillane’s Mike Hammer.

The asylum has seen over 1,700 people die within its walls and not everyone has moved on. There is a mean doctor, an evil nurse and a gentle giant who are known to still inhabit the halls and TWC wants to make contact with them. Alone at night they will make contact with more than one soul when they make their voices heard. TWC will try different techniques to communicate with residents and the staff and they will do something I’ve never seen done on any other paranormal show. When they find out that Nurse Edna is about to celebrate her 135th birthday, they buy her cake and sing Happy Birthday to her. Will it work? You just have to tune in to see who blows out the candles to find out.

Last week on The Last Man on Earth, Carol (Kristen Schaal) gave Phil Miller (Will Forte) his walking papers and tonight at 9:30p on Fox they have to tell the other survivors the news. The others react in such a way that Phil decides it’s time to book it out of there. He’s want to move across the country to Tampa. Phil needs to let any other people on Earth know where’s he’s headed to, so he leaves his message on a billboard. Only problem is the ladder falls down and he’s trapped up there. Alone with the Phoenix sun blazing down on him, he passes out. When he awakes he meets Phil Miller and life will never be the same for him or for anyone around him.
Just when I was starting to tire of The Last Man on Earth, tonight’s episode reawakens my love for the show. You will just have to tune in to see why this episode is so good.
