About a Boy is about a decision and Riot is a riot! |

Tonight at 9p, NBC is airing the one hour season finale for About a Boy, and you don’t want to miss this show come full circle.
Sam’s (Adrianne Palicki) building is condemned and she pretty much asks Will (David Walton) if she can move in with him until she finds a new place. At first he thinks it’s a good idea, but when her stuff takes over the place he regrets his decision. While Fiona (Minnie Driver) is talking with her, she finds out that Sam is keeping a secret from Will. Who will tell Will the secret first? And once he finds out what it is, he is going to have a big decision to make that effects everyone including Marcus (Benjamin Stockham). What will he do?
Now, when it comes to the show coming full circle, you don’t want to miss the slower and more touching version of One Directions’ What Makes You Beautiful sung by Will and Fiona. If you loved the version we saw in the pilot than you are going to love love love tonight’s take on it. It needs to be iTunes by the end of the episode.
Also at 9p but over on Fox, Steve Carrell is back on TV with Riot.
I am assuming Riot got its name because it is a laugh riot. So what is Riot, after watching the first episode, I am not even sure. It’s like Whose Line Is It Anyway, with torture. And since I love torture, I love this show.
For example, the first challenge is 3 of the comedians must improvise a scene on a slippery set that is on a 22 degree angel. Sounds easy, but it isn’t and they are constantly falling down and sliding down it. Another challenge has them spelling out a word with their bodies. Yet another one has them being hit by a huge wrecking ball as they try to get their opponent to guess the picture they are describing. Not all the games are painful, but they are all very funny. This is a great show to watch during the summer on Fox!
And did I mention that is the show is a high octane ride, so sit back, buckle up and enjoy the riot!

Batman, more like Fatman |

Zack Snyder Tweeted the first photo from the set of Batman vs Superman, and I am not sure I like the costume that Ben Affleck is wearing as the Caped Crusader. I know Bruce Wayne’s alter ego is supposed to be muscular, but I think he looks fat in this version. When it comes to the Batmobile, it is hard to tell what it really looks like. It looks cool here, and I am sure it will look even better in 3D.
So what do you think of the first image from the much anticipated 2016 movie?

ABC’s new fall schedule is… |
May 13th, 2014 under ABC. [ Comments: none ]

ABC announced their fall schedule and I think they have a really strong one. Monday remains the same which is fine the way it is. Tuesdays is starting with two new comedies and SHIELD is moving to 9p, which is a better timeslot for the action show. Then there Wednesdays is the new Must See TV night because they have 3 established family comedies, The Middle, The Goldbergs and Modern Family, that are the best on TV, followed by one, Black-ish, with a lot of a potential at 9:30p. Thursday is all Shonda Rimes, all the time. Followed by Friday that is pretty much the same. Finally Sunday remains unchanged from the spring, so if it isn’t broke don’t fix it.
I think ABC is going to come back next season with this lineup!
Here is ABC’s Fall Schedule:

Lea Michele is begging for a nip slip |

Lea Michele wore a dress, if you can call it that because it looks like a little robe to me, to the Fox Upfront Presentation; and it is miracle it stayed closed. Well probably not as much of a miracle as tape, but still. It’s like one little gush of wind and her boobs aew going to have another Spring Awakening.
I get that she thinks she looks taller the more skin she shows, but I am not sure I agree with her rationale. Do you?

You’re gonna laugh when you hear why Alec Baldwin reportedly got arrested |

When you read the headline that Alec Baldwin was arrested, you’d immediately think what it is for and you would be wrong. According to In Touch Weekly, a source told them that the Emmy winner was taken in for “riding his bike the wrong way and didn’t have ID on him.†Another source told them he was calm during the incident while another said he went ballistic.
Who knew riding his bicycle the wrong way without any ID was an arrestable offense? At least he didn’t pull a Reese Witherspoon and say I don’t need no identification because you should know who I am. Although considering that he is one of NYC’s most infamous residents, they should know who he is right away and he shouldn’t need any ID.
Can you think of a more embarrassing way to get arrested? The only thing I think that might top this is this guy I had a crush on in college got arrested for indecent exposure at Mardi Gras. How does that happen? The same way you get busted for riding your bike against traffic.
UPDATE: Alec Baldwin Tweeted this about the arrest:
