Grimm is back tonight and in a huge way!!!
March 8th, 2013 under Sean Hayes. [ Comments: none ]

Grimm is finally back on NBC tonight at 9p and the episode is stuff they write books about it. It feels like a whole season wrapped into an hour, it is that good.
Nick (David Giuntoli) finds out that his boss, Renard (Sasha Roiz), is the man that Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) is obsessed about and he doesn’t take it very well. Especially since he also figured out that the Captain knows he is a Grimm and he doesn’t know what Renard is. The two will finally have it out and that definitely changes things for the show.
But their confrontation happens only after Juliette and Renard finally act on their feelings and it is hot! So hot that recently I was on a conference call with Bitsie Tulloch and she told us about the scene that took 8 and a half hours to film, “It took so long because we had to have a stunt coordinator sort of help us out, particularly me.” The Sasha Roiz added, “It was intense. I mean I think it was definitely a shocker for us when we read it because we really didn’t believe it when we read it. We thought it was a bit of a joke. But they went there.” So to see how far they go, you will have just have to tune in. If that doesn’t get you to watch, then I don’t know what will.
Maybe if I tell you that Adalind (Claire Coffee) is out of jail? What trouble will she cause? But on a positive note, Rosalee (Bree Turner) is finally back. Will she finally be able to help Nick, Juliette and Rosalee? You will have tune into find out in an episode that is nonstop amazing from beginning to end.

Weird Al Yankovic got an operation
March 8th, 2013 under Weird Al Yankovic. [ Comments: none ]

Back in 1985 Weird Al Yankovic sang Like a Surgeon and yesterday he needed one. The singer got his gallbladder removed and he live Tweeted the experience. As you can see from the pictures he had a better doctor than the one he sang about almost 30 years ago and I am happy about that. Who else can parody songs as well as does it? We need those tunes to keep singers in check!

But who are they going to fight with on The View?
March 8th, 2013 under The View. [ Comments: 1 ]

Just a day after Joy Behar announced she was leaving The View, comes word from Us Weekly that Eliasbeth Hasselbeck is also out of the daytime talk show after being on it for 9 years. Personally I think it is a mistake because even though everyone hated her, she made the show more exciting. You never knew who she was going to fight with and that is good for ratings.
I don’t know who the show is going to get to replace these two ladies and most likely Barbara Walters, and I am not sure it will survive the changes for long. I don’t get why if you have a good thing, you go around and change it. It’s rarely is for the better.

Kobe Bryant hints he will retire soon
March 8th, 2013 under Jimmy Kimmel, Sports figures. [ Comments: none ]

Kobe Bryant was on Jimmy Kimmel Live! yesterday and the ABC host asked the basketball player about his future with the NBA because he only has a year left on his contract. The LA Laker had said in the past he couldn’t imagine retiring without another ring, so Kimmel wanted to know more. #24 answered him by saying “I have been very blessed to have been with a fantastic organization. I truly have. It’s coming to an end.” Then he added, “I’m happy it’s with a Lakers uniform.” So then Kimmel asked how soon and he said “It will be soon.” When the audience expressed their sadness over his decision, he explained that he has been playing for 20 years. Got to respect the 34 year old for wanting to go out on top, but I am sure many people don’t want him to go just yet.
I don’t know much about him (besides his love life), but I do he is a great player and the NBA will miss him! It will be interesting to see who will be the next playing legend after him now that Michael Jordan and Shaq have already retired and he will be joining them shortly on the permanent bench.

Would you buy The Walking Dead perfume?
March 8th, 2013 under AMC, Conan O'Brien. [ Comments: none ]

Could you imagine smelling like a rotting corpse or a sweaty human? Thankfully you won’t have to because Walking Dead’s creator Robert Kirkman took an axe to the brains of that idea. He also told Conan O’Brien that he killed the plans for an Energy Drink based on the comic book turned top-rated drama. I wonder what other products they want to cross promote with the Zombie show? Scratch that, I don’t want to know if they are two of the ideas he said no to.
