Before I like even begin to talk about these totally awesome videos, I like have to thank The Go-Go’s for introducing them to me because they are like totally rad. OMG like someone has to totally get Dancin’ Kim her own reality show ASAP. She is like da bomb.
Look at the way she is teaching us like how to do dances like The Go-Go’s. She totally has the beat! And Thriller was like so killin’ me. Plus in The Cabbage Patch, she was a real doll. And what do you like say to her doing Popping and Locking and The Robot. It is like totally bitchin’, like right? You know, you like learned so much from her and her totally rad friends. Don’t you just like love the way they are like so into it. Seriously Dancin’ Kim is like the coolest.
I seriously like think she should be a professional dancer on Dancing with the Stars in the winter and spring and like a choreographer on So You Think You Can Dance in the summer. How narly would that like be? Who isn’t like thinking she is like the coolest dancer like ever!!!
Oh like yeah, you can like see more of her totally awesome dance moves on Video Jug.
Yesterday on Jimmy Kimmel Live Martin Short debuted the red band trailer for his new movie Jersey Short in which he will play all of the characters from Jersey Shore. His Snooki was the best, but my hat is off to him because he nailed them all. This movie gets two fist pumps up from me. I see a 10th Academy Award for Short after this film comes out on Friday!!!
After months, if not years, of speculation whether or not Katie Couric would leave her hosting duties at CBS Evening News, the anchor finally confirmed the news to People. She told the magazine, “I have decided to step down from the CBS Evening News. I’m really proud of the talented team on the CBS Evening News and the award-winning work we’ve been able to do in the past five years in addition to the reporting I’ve done for 60 Minutes and CBS Sunday Morning. In making the decision to move on, I know the Evening News will be in great hands, but I am excited about the future.” She is still working on what her future will be, and I think she should be done with network news and that includes cable too. I personally never got her appeal and never took her seriously as a journalist. So I was surprised that CBS hired her for their biggest news broadcast five years ago and I have been even more shocked that they kept her on the air all of this time. Especially since the ratings have severely declined since she joined the show. When it comes to who should replace, I could care less because I have no intention of watching. I am like most people and I get my news from the internet.
Now when it comes to the above interview she did, I wonder how CNN’s original President Resse Shoenfeld feels about her departure. Since I agree with his original assessment of her.
Tonight The Voice is going to premiere on NBC at 9p and tomorrow you will be singing the praises of this show. I can’t remember the last time I was this excited for a reality show, but I can’t wait to see it.
I have to admit the judges Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine were originally what drew me in. But after watching the extended preview above, I say American Idol, to quote one of the judges…”Forget You!” Seriously how awesome does the show look. Unlike Idol, it is just not the judges saying who move forward, but it is the competitors saying which judge they want to coach them…that is if any of the judges turn around to see.
I think that the winner of this show really has the potential to move forward and have a career because they have people who are showing them how. Plus it is about The Voice unlike other shows that are about who makes good TV. So tune into Mark Burnett’s latest hit reality show Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10p.
Yesterday was guilty pleasure night on Dancing with the Stars, you know kind of like what the show is to 20 million of us, and Hanson performed some of the biggest songs that have us singing in the shower. The three brothers sang their hit Mmm Bop along with Vanilla Ice’s Ice Ice Baby, former Dancing with the Star competitor Billy Ray Cyrus’ Achy Breaky Heart, Quiet Riot’s Cum on Feel the Noize and Lionel Richie’s Hello. Let’s all admit we have belted out all of those songs at one time, now whether you do it publicly or not is up to you, but you know you have. So which song that they performed yesterday is stuck in your head today. I say all of them and I can’t wait until tonight when I get another one of Hanson’s songs stuck because they will be back on the show at 8p during a special edition. Then at 9p NKOTBSB will be singing on the ABC show and another dancer, who better not be Ralph Macchio, will be eliminated.
