I hate to say this because I love the original version of Because of You, but I think the Reba McEntire/Kelly Clarkson version is better! I like the way the two of them sound together! They should release a duet album together and then they can tour together, maybe that would help Kelly’s recent woes.

I feel the same way about Rene as William Shatner, I am so going to miss him on Boston Legal. The cool thing about hearing William Shatner give his thought is now I know how to pronounce Auberjonois. I also loved what he said about John Laroquette being so damn tall. The Night Court cast was one of the tallest casts in sitcom history, so it was so funny to hear him say that. Shatner seems like such a down to earth guy, it makes me want to watch Boston Legal more! Last thought on this, I just love Shatner and James Spader together on BL their chemistry is some of the best I have ever seen on TV!
Britney Spears' publicist has put her on hiatus because her album is no where near done and she doesn't have anything to promote besides herself according to Life & Style. Leslie Sloane Zelnik told the magazine, “I put her on hiatus. Brit’s album is pushed until ’08. If she has no album, there’s no reason to do anything. I’m representing her in theory right now. I said that since the album is pushed back until ’08, let’s go on hiatus until we have a campaign to do.” Translation your money is not worth the headache I get by repping you and Lindsay Lohan, so since Lohan still has movies to promote you are the one that I am getting rid of for the time being. I don't know how she handled both of them at the same times anyways.
Back to Britney's album 2008 might not even be a realistic release date for the album according to an insider, "I'm surprised the album wasn't pushed back to ’09 — everything's up in the air with the album right now. Jive [Records, Brit's label] hated the songs Britney was coming up with, except for a few. The executives are not happy. And she didn't want to listen to anyone. Everything was a problem for her. They wanted her to work with certain people, and she wanted the opposite." I am so bummed that the album is delayed for at least another year because I was so looking forward to it.
Scott Baio Is 45…and Single will be premiering on VH1 on July 15th at 10:30p!!! Scott Baio spent most of his youth being the envy of men all over the world by dating Hollywood's sexiest women including Pamela Anderson, Heather Locklear and Liza Minnelli. Now that he is 45 he is wondering why he is still single and why he can't commit to his current girlfriend, Renee. So he goes to "Doc Ali", a life-coach that will help him make his decision whether to settle down with Renee who is perfect in eyes or remain single so that I might still have a chance with him! (A girl can dream, can't she) Anyways she will force him to take a vow of celibacy, take a break from Renee and confront old girlfriends to learn from him past mistakes.

After reading the press release for this I am so excited for this show! It sounds like it is going to be sweet and touching! You that season finale is going to be him proposing her and the second season will be called Scott Baio is 46…and single (for not much longer)!
I am sure this is going to be one of the most talked about shows this summer amongst Gen X females because we all had a crush on him at some point during our prepubescent years and Gen X men who wanted to be him!!!
On the same day it was revealed that NBC paid Paris Hilton $1 million to give them her first post-jail interview, Ryan Seacrest got her on the phone for free! E! News Live will be milking, I mean airing the interview tonight and tomorrow. In the interview she told him, "In a way, I'm really glad this happened, because it changed my life forever." She then told him, "I'm so much more grateful for everything that I have, even just to have a pillow at night or food," Hilton told Seacrest, "You know my gratitude has gone up so much and I just realize that the media used me to make fun of and be mean about it." she added, "frankly sick of it and I want to use my fame in a good way." She also talked about what it is like being behind bars/glass "I am behind glass and I want to give my dad a big hug and they won't even let me do that. That's how the rules are, you have to be behind glass…I'm not a criminal, I'm not dangerous, so it makes me feel like that. It's hard but I'm stronger everyday." How long do you think the new Paris Hilton will last? I don't give it a month and you? Here is what she said she was looking forward to when she gets out, "I just can't wait to see my family and have a nice meal and be in my own bed and appreciate all the things I took for granted and never really thought much about." So maybe it will be longer than a month.
Paris also confirmed what her medical issue was that made Sheriff Lee Baca release her early, "I'm claustrophobic, and my cell is really small. It's hard. There's nothing to do but basically sit. A room with a bunkbed and a toilet and a desk. I was going a little bit crazy in the beginning. I'm getting used to it now."
Paris loves her fan mail, "I'll reread the letters, and I literally cry. It fills my heart and my soul," she said. "So much love. I had no idea there were that many people who cared." So if you want her to read your letter, you better send it now because she looks to be getting out of jail on Monday.
