Seriously? OMG! WTF?

FREDDIE Prinze Jr. has seen the dark side of teen girlhood. JOHNNY DEPP considers himself lucky to be such a successful actor as many of the movies he has made flopped at the box-office. Depp, who has now tasted mainstream success thanks to the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN films, admits he isn’t a great judge of whether scripts he is sent will turn out to be profitable movies. The 43-year-old says, "I was in a cluster of movies that by Hollywood definitions were not successful. They were flops. "I was considered box-office poison but to me they were all successful and I don’t feel any different about a success or failure. "I don’t know how to explain it, but by some miracle I have always been able to choose my characters for movies. Being able to get jobs throughout the 90s when, in the language of Hollywood, I was box-office poison should have been hard, yet I was able to do everything single film I wanted to do. "To me, whether I’m playing ED WOOD or FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS, all these movies have commercial potential. "Pirates could have easily flopped. It’s always a crap shoot."

OWEN WILSON is trying to keep his mother away from his latest film YOU, ME + DUPREE because he doesn’t want her to see him naked, wearing just a sock to cover his manhood. The actor reluctantly agreed to bare almost all in the comedy but now he regrets not using a stunt double. He says, "I need to give my mother a warning that she might want to sit this movie out and go see (animated film) CARS again. There’s a scene where I come running out of a house naked that I don’t want her to see. "I guess you have to throw it all out there and go for it when you’re doing a comedy, but it’s a little embarrassing to bare all on the big screen."

That’s "V" as in the letter "V," not the Roman numeral for "five." Otherwise, I guess the sequel would be "VI."
Now, the original V aired when I was about seven, so I never watched much of the original miniseries, or the TV series that followed. It’s not like I couldn’t have watched it as a seven year old, but I was kind of a wuss when I was a kid and those scary lizard people were too much for me. If any of you would like to go back in time and heckle me as a seven year old, feel free to do that. Seriously, that kid needs some toughening up.
So anyway, TV Filter hepped me to information about a possible miniseries sequel to the original series, helmed by original writer and director Kenneth Johnson. Right now it seems they’re trying to secure the finances needed to do the series, but before that happens you’ll be able to purchase the novel based on Johnson’s screenplay by early 2007. According to the IMDb trivia page for V – The Second Generation, several original cast members have signed on to the project, including Robert "Freddy Krueger" Englund. This is IMDb, so I don’t necessarily trust the information completely, but if all of this turns out to be true, it could be a very cool thing for fans of the series.

I so loved this mini-series and series so much! In fact that is where I developed my crush on Robert Englund!

Oh this sounds so lame and I pray not true! It is being reported that Madonna is trying to do another "shocking" bit (ala kissing Britney Spears & Christina Aguilera) during her appearance at next months MTV Music Video Awards. Her bitches this time around are rumored to be Jessica Simpson & Lindsay Lohan and instead of kissing the girls, she plans to have some type of "bondage" scene with them. Jessica’s people have reportedly already been contacted and it’s said they have been in secret talks for weeks. Seriously, it was funny, cool & unexpected the first time around with Christina & Britney, but if Madonna digs to the bottom of the barrel and pulls out Jessica & Lindsay for some eyeball rolling bondage appearance, I will lose so much respect for her and I don’t want to. Please Madge, you don’t need that skanky Lindsay Lohan! Say it ain’t so!
