| Photo by: Greg Gayne/PEACOCK In July, Peacock debuted The Five Star Weekend, a series about five women getting together in Nantucket for a weekend to support their friend who suddenly lost her husband a few months earlier, and people tuned in. So many that it is now the streamer’s most-watched scripted series. Therefore, they announced today that they picked it for a second season.
“Regina [Hall], Chloe [Sevingy], Gemma [Chan], D’Arcy [Carden] and I have had the best time talking to people about ‘The Five Star Weekend.’ We’re so happy you love it as much as we loved making it for you,” said star and executive producer Jennifer Garner. “If you’re curious about what’s going to happen next, imagine how we feel! We’re grateful to Elin [Hilderbrand], Bekah [Brunstetter], our producers, directors and Peacock for hosting the ultimate girls’ weekend that will be season two.”
You can watch all eight episodes on Peacock, and find out why people, including me, are loving the buddy dramedy.

| Julian Dakdouk/NBC Yesterday, NBC announced that they are doing an all-“celebrity” version of The Voice in the Spring. However, there was one celebrity missing from the press release.
Who is it? It is Carson Daly. So is the man who has been hosting the singing competition show since day one leaving the series after 30 seasons? “Nope,” he wrote in a social media post. “We’re gonna try out these 2 formats this fall/spring & see how it goes! Hopefully this post clears up any confusion. I am still hosting the show currently. In fact, I have hosted & produced every single second of the show since day 1, 30 seasons. 16 years. I’ll be producing Celeb Voice only & helping it launch from behind the scenes.”
Keke Palmer will be stepping into his shoes for the celebrity edition.

John Schneider is 66 years old, and he shared a photo of himself without a shirt. The actor is celebrating his 66th year by going on an adventure on Route 66.
While he doesn’t look as good as he did in his Dukes of Hazzard and Smallville days, he looks good for his age. What do you think?
