Due to the coronavirus pandemic, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are not filming in their normal mansion. Therefore, the owners are looking for ways to make money. How are they going to do that? They put their 10-acre property on Airbnb.
For just $5,999 a night you will have full access to Villa de la Vina. The famed mansion has 7 bedrooms and 8 baths to choose from. Along with “one of the most famous pools in the world, two jacuzzis, a pool table, handcrafted furniture, eye-popping views, and enormous outdoor space.”
However, you are not allowed to throw any parties or events while you are there. If you do, they will kick you out with no refund.
It also does not include any contestants from the dating series. Although, I am sure you can buy at least one of them for the night!
There are also a lot of rules to follow. To see what they are, then click here!

Chris Harrison has facilitated several engagements over the last two decades, and now the host of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette wants to leave his mark on husbands. How? He teamed up with Manly Band to release a line of wedding bands for men.
“I’m absolutely delighted to join with Manly Bands to help men find the wedding ring that’s perfect for them,” says Harrison. “With 18 years of experience helping men and women choose their soulmate, I’m excited to step up and encourage men to look for exciting ways to express their love through their wedding ring.”
The 24 rings are made with a mix of Tantalum, Solid Gold, Dinosaur Bone, Meteorite, Diamonds, Carbon Fiber, and/or Manly Bands’ newest material, Wine Barrel Inlays.
The bands’ prices range from $650 and go up to $3,500. Part of the proceeds will go to providing meals to Feeding America.
I wonder which ring Harrison will wear when he finally marries his girlfriend.
This season of The Bachelorette is plagued with problems, and not all of their woes are from the plague.
Clair Crawley’s season started off as any other season does. However, shortly after they started filming, coronavirus forced them to shut down production. While they were on hiatus, Matt James, one of the suitors, was chosen as next season’s Bachelor.
As he is preparing to find love, Crawley found love with one of the contestants while they were on a production break. When they started filming again at a resort in Palm Springs, she told the producers she wants out. She got her wish, and now Tayshia Adams is this season’s Bachelorette.
Now that you are caught up in the madness, Us Weekly revealed their latest setback. Host Chris Harrison went to Texas to drop his son off at college, and when he came back, ABC schooled him. As in, he is suspended for two weeks to quarantine. Instead, of canceling this season, which they should do, they are bringing JoJo Fletcher in to replace him while he is on a mandatory lockdown.
Got it? I really don’t get why they are just not scrapping this season. Although, it might be their best one yet because it is so messed up. Are you going to watch?
I wonder what will happen next? Oh wait, it is 2020, let’s not ask because we will find out. Seriously, even UnReal could not have written a storyline as wild as this.
Robert Mills, Senior Vice President, Alternative Series, Specials & Late-Night Programming, ABC Entertainment, was on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest, today; and he was dishing about what we can expect from the upcoming seasons of The Bachelorette and The Bachelor.
They are hoping to resume filming of Claire Crowley’s season of The Bachelorette next month. Production was halted because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Due to COVID-19, there are going to be a lot of changes for the second part of her season. Everyone, who is selected, is going to have to get tested a week before filming begins and quarantined. They will not be shooting at the mansion. Instead, they will be doing it at a resort. Since everyone will have to be negative for the virus, they will be able to go on dates at that location and, more importantly, KISS. You can’t have a dating show without kissing!
We don’t know if Matt James, the first Black Bachelor, will rejoin the season already in progress. What we do know is that Crowley knew about his new status a day before we all found out.
When it comes to James, over 6,500 women are hoping to be part of his season. As of now, they are hoping to start filming in September at the mansion. If things are still not normal by then (they won’t be), then they will probably go to a resort too.
Personally, I like the idea of them at a resort instead of at a mansion. ABC prefers the latter because it is a lot cheaper.
What do you think of it being at resorts? Maybe one season they can do at a summer camp and another one on a cruise ship. Give us some variety!
