Back in the ’70s, all a girl wanted was Gene Simmons’ tongue to KISS her and Mark Hamill’s lightsaber to, well you know! But yet that was only a dream, and they never saw the two of them together.
Now 40 years later, the two sex idols met up at Sirius radio and all of those are girls are dreaming having a three-way with them and Rock and Roll All Night. The only Star Wars in the bedroom that night is who would go first! And they Luke Skywalker is the Joker.
For 40 years, Peter Mayhew has found himself covered in Wookie fur. A look that people have wanted to duplicate for decades and now Walmart is giving us the chance to do just that. When the actor saw the skinned Chewbacca costumes hanging there like meat in a butcher’s freezer, he had to make a statement. The Star Wars star took a photo, posted it on Twitter and said, “Seriously @Walmart, it’s 2018. Fur is murder. #StopBossk!”
Now I feel bad that I bought that outfit for my friends. I am responsible for killing off the Wookie race. I am sorry Mayhew, will you ever forgive me?
There was one scene from all the Star Wars movies that George Lucas and Irvin Kershner made Mark Hamill keep from everyone including his co-stars, and it was the infamous moment when Darth Vader reveals he is Luke Skywalker’s father.
The three men knew if it somehow got out, it would be Hamill that leaked it. So mum was the word for over a year and a half. He says he made sure not to tell Carrie Fisher because she could not keep a secret. In fact, he told Graham Norton that Harrison Ford and him would purposelessly tell her stuff to see how long it would take for everyone know. Talking about Han Solo, what was his reaction when he heard James Earl Jones say, “I am your father,” at the premiere screening? Hamill did a spot on Ford and said he leaned over to whisper in his ear, “Hey kid, you didn’t f*cking tell me that?” And with that Hamill was finally free to talk about that secret to anyone who asked.
BTW how much do you just love Hamill after this interview? He is just gosh darn lovable like an Ewok, BB-8 or a Porg.
Remember when Wil Wheaton wore his Star Trek costume to see Star Wars: The Force Awakes on The Big Bang Theory and we all laughed. Well, I guess Sheldon Cooper’s arch nemesis thought it was such a good idea, that he decided to try it out in real life when he went to see Star Wars: The Last Jedi at Mann’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood. How did it go over? Thankfully, it was packed full of nerds who appreciate both Stars and he is alive to praise the second to last Star Wars movie.
Now had he seen it at the AMC Burbank 16 late last night for one of the IMAX screenings where the audio went bad, things might not have turned out as well for him. Because according to KABC Burbank’s finest were called in to bring calm to pissed off theater goers. No one messes with a Star Wars movie on opening night and expects to get away with it. Do they?
Before Mark Hamill has a sister he didn’t know about in Star Wars, he had a brother he was afraid of losing in Eric. Did the 23-year-old break your heart in that 1975 movie?
