America’s Got Talent was back yesterday on NBC, and they started season 19 off with Simon Cowell’s son’s favorite act from Britain’s Got Talent.
Who is Eric so fond of? His name is Tonikaku, and he poses naked, and not like in a model for an art class. Instead, he does it in poses like John Wick Naked and Basketball Player Naked Pose.
Wait, how did he get away with that because AGT is a family show? He was wearing pants.
However, he had a trick up his sleeve for his last pose—if he were wearing sleeves, which he wasn’t. Anyway, for his last pose, he took those pants off and did a Naked Pose.
And now I can’t wait to see what he does next because Cowell, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Sofia Vergara all voted yes for him to move on to the next round.
If this is the talent that is advancing, it is definitely going to be an interesting season.
Sofia Vergara is as known for as looks as much as her acting. So, at 51, is she doing anything to keep her appearance youthful?
The actress has been using sunscreen since the ’90s, and that has helped. But these days, she is doing more than that. “I’ve been doing Botox for a long time in my neck, [around] my eyes,” she tells Allure. “I don’t believe in filler. I feel filler does good when you’re really young and you want a little bit more cheeks or to plump your lips a little bit. At my age—51—I feel it’s not going to make you look younger. It is going to make you look more done. And I feel like it actually doesn’t pull you up; it kind of weighs [you down]. So I am against that, once you hit a certain age.”
Does the America’s Got Talent judge feel the same way about plastic surgery as she does filler? “I feel like I’m going to do every plastic surgery that I can do when I’m ready,” she reveals. “I wish I had more downtime; I would’ve done stuff already. [But] because I’m in front of the camera, it’s not like I can do something and then sit in my house recuperating for weeks.”
Well, she could. But she is not at that stage that she needs to do that.
Sofia Vergara has spent the last couple of weeks doing press for Netflix’s Griselda. And she had a few confrontational interviews.
The star was upset that an interviewer made fun of the way she says Modern Family. She also made a lot of fun at Kevin Hart on The Graham Norton Show.
But the failed interview that got the most attention was when she got mad at Kelly Clarkson, who said that the actress didn’t look that much different except for the nose. Vergara snapped back and said it took hours.
Today, the actress shared a sped-up video of herself transforming into the Drug Lord. And it looks like Clarkson was right.
Yes, she spent hours in the chair. But don’t most actors? Whose side are you on?

Last July, we were all shocked when Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello announced they are getting divorced. And we wondered what went wrong.
The actress opened up to El Pais and told them why they decided to end their marriage after eight years.
“I’m newly divorced from my second husband [actor Joe Manganiello], who I was with for 10 years,” the actress said. “My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids and I didn’t want to be an old mom. I feel it’s not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore. I had a son at 19, who is now 32, and I’m ready to be a grandmother, not a mother. So, if love comes along, he has to come with [his own] children. I’m almost in menopause; it’s the natural way of things. When my son becomes a dad, let him bring the baby to me for a while and then I’ll give it back to him and go on with my life; that’s what I have to do.”
That was the long-suspected reason, and now we know it is true. Too bad it couldn’t work out for them.
