Syfy had some good news to share today, they have decided to buy a third season of SurrealEstate. The show is about real estate agents who sell formerly haunted houses. And they only become formerly haunted after the team gets the old residents to move out, or should I say on.
But there is more. The network also announced when their scripted series will be back. Chucky will be making a killing on April 10th, Reginald the Vampire comes alive on May 8th, and The Ark will set sail this summer.
Don’t have a date for Valentine’s Day? Don’t worry. Syfy and USA Network have you covered. Resident Alien is returning on February 14th for its third season.
Based on the Dark Horse comics, SYFY’s “Resident Alien” follows a crash-landed alien named Harry (Alan Tudyk) whose secret mission is to kill all humans. In season three, Harry is vowing to work with General McCallister (Linda Hamilton) to rid the Earth of the Grey aliens – a task made more difficult when he discovers that the Grey Hybrid Joseph (Enver Gjokaj) has taken a job in town as the new Deputy. Joseph isn’t Harry’s only obstacle – Harry struggles to balance business and his personal life when he falls in love for the first time. Meanwhile, Asta (Sara Tomko) and D’arcy (Alice Wetterlund) move in together and struggle to discover their purpose in the world, Sheriff Mike (Corey Reynolds) and Deputy Liv (Elizabeth Bowen) continue their quest to find out who killed the Alien Tracker, and Ben (Levi Fiehler) and Kate (Meredith Garretson) are forced to deal with the subconscious repercussions of their alien abductions.
That is a lot to look forward to, and I am here for every hilarious, suspenseful second.

Tonight at 8p on NBC’s Quantum Leap, Ben (Raymond Lee) travels back the furthest in time he has ever gone.
He leaps in 1692 as a handmaid to Goody in Middleton, Massachusettes, a town between Boston and Salem. And what happened in Salem is about to happen in Middleton.
Ben’s boss’ husband died suddenly, and now the magistrate’s son has the same mystery illness.
While they are at Goody’s husband’s funeral, she is being accused of being a witch. Ben tries to prove they are not, but then he and another woman are also charged with the same. The three are sentenced to death, and Ben has to figure out a way to save them before their sentence is fulfilled.
Ben won’t be alone. He will have help from several holograms because they don’t have the information they normally have on his leaps. You know, because there are not as many records from 400 years ago as their more recent cases. So they all need to chip in.
Tonight’s episode is one of my favorite episodes so far, partially because I love anything related to the Salem Witch Trials. But also because it is different from anything else they have done.
Last week, the team from Roman Agency was preparing to rescue Susan (Sarah Levy) from her house when she suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
Tonight at 9p on the SurrealEstate season finale on Syfy, Susan talks to her friends and explains to them where she has been all of this time. However, things seem off with her.
Is it really her? That is what Luke (Tim Rozon), Zooey (Savannah Basley), Phil (Adam Korson), August (Maurice Dean Wint), and Lomax (Elena Juatco) are going to try to find out.
In the process of investigating this different Susan, Luke learns the history of the house, and things make a lot more sense. Is it the key to getting their Susan back?
I can’t tell you that, but I will say to you to prepare for an emotional ending. An ending that prepares us for season 3. And I really hope that SurrealEstate gets a third season because I love this paranormal procedural.

Tonight at 10p on Syfy’s SurrealEstate, The Roman Agency bands together to save one of their own from the house from Hell.
Earlier this season, Susan (Sarah Levy) got pissed off at her co-workers at The Roman Agency, so she said she was taking an extended break and retreated to her new home. However, her home decided to hold her captive and won’t let her go.
Last week, Zooey (Savannah Basley) went to the house and tried to rescue her friend. But the house literally spit her out. But not before beating her up.
Therefore, Luke (Tim Rozon), new dad Phil (Adam Korson), August (Maurice Dean Wint), Zooey, and new employee Lomax (Elena Juatco) are preparing to take on the house and get their friend back.
Before they do, Lomax is trying to sell a house. For most agencies, it is an easy task. But this is the Roman Agency. The dead husband is trying to kill his widow’s new husband. So Lomax calls in Luke to help her exercise the first husband so that she can get her profit from the sale. Will the wife have two dead husbands before the house goes on the market?
All of this leads to a shocking final scene that sets up next week’s episode.
But I have said too much. What I will say to you is that you should be watching this series. It is unlike anything else on television. Not only because of the premise. But also because of how enjoyable it is! I don’t know what I like better, the story or the cast. Although, why can’t I love both equally? Watch SurrealEstate and tell me why you love it as much as I do.

He is not the only one who is going through things tonight. Lomax (Elena Juatco), who is new to the Roman Agency, sold a house to a very nice family. However, they have a dark secret, one that will cause her to render her resignation.
Talking about resignations. Zooey (Savannah Basley) goes to Susan’s house, and it lets her in. What happens when she goes inside? Will it hold her captive like it is holding Susan?
You are just going to have to tune in to find out in an episode that is more heart than paranormal. And that is a good thing.
