The biggest reveal on this past Sunday’s episode of Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist is what an amazing body Skylar Astin has. I don’t know why it was such a surprise, but it really is pitch perfect.
Just like his takes of The Proclaimers’ I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles).
Talking about exercise, he showed us which one he does to get those abs, and it is not walking 500 miles to fall down at our doors. However, I think we can all agree that we would pick him up and let him get drunk next to us.
If you have never seen Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, why not watch it on the NBC app, OnDemand or Hulu. What else are you doing during this self-quarantine?

Tonight at 10p on NBC, we find out Zoey’s (Jane Levy) answer to Simon (John Clarence Stewart) if should he stay or should he go on Zoey Extraordinary Playlist. Whatever she decides, she will clash with his fiancee Jessica (India de Beaufort).
Jessica sends Zoey a text, and she does not know if the fiancee knows what happened between Simon and her. Zoey does everything she can to avoid her, but then Jessica shows up at work. What does she want?
That night is Jessica and Simon’s engagement party, and Zoey decides not to go. Joan (Lauren Graham) doesn’t want to go either, so they go out and get drunk. Something Zoey needs after the day she had.
She is not the only one having a bad day, Max (Skyler Astin) thought everything was cool between Autumn after he broke up with her. He was wrong. She says some things that make him question who he is. Luckily, he runs into Mo (Alex Newell), who decides to give him a makeover. There will be nipples and a toned chest.
Sorry, I got distracted. Something Zoey’s mom (Mary Steenburgen) is not. Maggie leaves her husband (Peter Gallager) with an old friend of his, but something happens to Mitch that will send everyone running scared.
All of that, plus Astin sings a beautiful version of I Would Walk 500 Miles by The Proclaimer, and I proclaim this show gets better and better with each episode.

Tonight at 10p on NBC, Manifest has its most shocking reveal of the series. But I have said too much.
Michaela (Melissa Roxburgh) gets called into work, only to find out that she is being investigated for the club fire. Jared (J. R. Ramirez) turned her into Internal Affairs before she could turn him in for being a member of the group that wants to kill all 828ers.
While that group is looking to kill, Saanvi (Parveen Kaur) is looking to save lives. However, hers might be the first one she has to save because the cure she injected into herself is having some worrying side effects.
Back at the Stone house, Cal (Jack Messina) had a dream that tells him to build something, but he can’t get it right. His parents (Josh Dallas and Athena Karkanis) and TJ (Garrett Wareing) try to help him out. The more they do, the more frustrated they get. It does not help that there is a huge storm going on. One that will reveal the biggest shocker of them all.
You have to see this game-changer because you won’t believe it. So much so, you will rewatch it a few times to see if that just really happpened.
Tonight at 9p on NBC’s Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, Zoey (Jane Levy) feels like she is failing. Yet, the episode, in general, is a total 100.
Her brother (Andrew Leeds) and his wife (Alice Lee) are having marital problems because they are about to become parents. Neither one is expressing what it wrong to each other. However, they express themselves to Zoey in song, and now she is stuck in the middle.
Things are not going well for her bestie (Skylar Astin) and his new girlfriend (Stephanie Styles). That is not his only problem, Joan (Lauren Graham) reads peer reviews, and Zoey’s co-workers will take the comments about them hard.
Simon (John Clarence Stewart) did not get a review from Joan, but he is having a hard time too. His father’s birthday is coming up and it will be the first one Simon will celebrate without him. There is only one person who he can talk about. What will Zoey tell him?
Meanwhile, her mom (Mary Steenburgen) is helping Simon plan his wedding. Does working with the couple make her want to work again? Something she only did with her husband (Peter Gallagher) who can no longer work or communicate because of his illness.
Finally, there is Mo (Alex Newell) and I just love Mo! That is all!
Well, there is also the music. I will tell you there is a punk rock song tonight, and they make it erotic. I never knew this tune could be sexy, but it can be.
That is just one of the many many reasons why I love Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist. Since the Coronavirus is keeping us inside, take two episodes of Zoey and call me in the morning.
On the last episode of Manifest, someone set a club with several 828ers on fire. Several people, including Olive’s boyfriend, TJ (Garrett Wareing), died in it. Tonight at 10p on NBC, Olive is dealing with his death.
She has shut down, and no one, including her dad, can get through to her. However, when Ben (Josh Dallas) gets a calling, only his daughter can help him solve the mystery. What will the find out?
They are not the only ones on a search of a mystery, so is Michaela (Melissa Roxburgh). She has just learned something shocking about her ex-boyfriend (J. R. Ramirez).
Her current boyfriend (Matt Long) just discovered something about himself that is a game-changer. How will he handle it?
This season of Manifest is so much better than the first one. They are focusing much more on the Sci-Fi aspect of it all, and that was is what they were missing last year.
