What would Easter be without Peeps? No matter how much you try to avoid them, they still come back to haunt you. No one as much as competitive eater Matt Stonie.
The Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest’s winner decided to eat 200 of them in record breaking time. What happens if you eat 200 of the sugar covered marshmallows? Watch to find out.
I don’t know how he did it because I feel sick after eating just one and I am already on a sugar high from it too. He downed several of them before he looked like he was going to have Peep colored puke. Which will look even grosser than the chickadees. That is what they are, right?
Matt Stonie won the Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest this July 4th, and he is still eating his way through fast food.
He recently challenged himself to beat the current Guinness Book of World Records record of downing the most Big Macs in an hour. The current record is 17 in 60 minutes, and he decided to top that by 8. That’s right, he drove to the nearest McDonald’s and ordered 25 of them. Then he went home, lined them up and put on the timer. One by one, he gobbled them up and within 12 minutes he tied the record. Ten minutes after that, he had finished all 25. When he was done, he was looking worse for wear, which is totally understandable because I felt the same after just watching him.
Especially when you consider he consumed 11 pounds of food, 13,250 calories and 825 grams of fat in just 22 minutes. What is so frustrating is how he still remains skinny after eating all of that. Well after he takes a major poop because his belly swelled to size of a Kim Kardashian who is 9 months pregnant.
You know what, for some reason, I am craving a Big Mac, so off I go. Do you want one or will you never eat one again?

It is a sad day in Brooklyn and the rest of the United States of America because Joey Chestnut lost the annual Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest today. Matt Stonie downed 62 hot dogs in 10 minutes, 2 more than the 9-time champ.
This news is really hard to swallow, kind of like the 53th hot dog for both men. I need to drown my sorrows at Barbeque with some beer, a few franks and some buns.
To me the 4th of July is not about fireworks, it is about the Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest. Every year, I can’t wait to see how many wieners they down in 10 minutes. This year was one of the most exciting ones so far because Joey Chestnut and Matt Stonie were neck and neck and the whole time. But then in the final minute, the now 8 time champ, took the lead and downed a total of 61 hot dogs. That is 8 less than year, but all that matters it was 5 more than Stonie. So even though he didn’t break the record he set last year for how many hot dogs he ate, he did set the record for most consecutive wins for the contest.
Will he be able to do it 9 years in a row? We will just have to wait until next year to find out.
But until then, celebrate being an American today by having a hot dog. Just try to eat a few less than Joey Chestnut.
Molly Schuyler is proving to be one of the best competitive eaters out there, even though she weighs around 125lbs. Yesterday, she traveled to Texas to beat her own record at The Big Texan 72 oz. Steak Challenge. Not only did she eat the monster Steak, a Shrimp Cocktail, Baked Potato, Salad, and Roll with Butter in less time than before, she also beat the previous record holder by half his time. You might’ve heard of him, his name is Joey Chestnut, and he wins that Nathan’s Hot Dog Challenge almost every year recently.
So how fast did she eat all of that food? Are you sitting down? She ate nearly 5 pounds of meat plus some carbs and fish in just under 5 minutes. That’s right she did the challenge in 4:58 seconds. Then when she was done, she did it all over again. But this time she did it in almost twice the time.
Just think about this for a second. A woman who weighs a buck and a quarter ate almost 10 pounds of meat in about 15 minutes. About time a woman showed some men that we can eat just as much as them, if not more.
BTW Schuyler isn’t happy just holding the record. She said on YouTube that she plans on going back and doing it again. But this time, she wants to do the meal not once, not twice, but three times. That is more meat than I can fathom.
Do you think you can do The Big Texan 72 oz. Steak Challenge in less than hour? I know I couldn’t.
