Comedy Central announced today who is going to Roast Justin Bieber on March 30th and it is an all-star lineup! They got Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, Shaquille O’Neal, Martha Stewart, Hannibal Buress, Chris D’Elia, Natasha Leggero and Jeffrey Ross. Sadly though for Justin, Seth Rogen is not on the list. Which I think makes it even better.
You know, the Domestic Goddess is going to kill it, as will Shaq. Both of them have a really good sense of humor. Plus, the dais should be afraid of them because she did time and he is over 7′ tall. When it comes to the comedians, I can’t wait to see what the Beebs’ good friend D’Elia has to say about everyone. I’ve seen him at 2 events promoting Undateable and both times he had me busting a gut!
Comedy Central had me when they decided to Roast Beiber, then they gave me some whipped cream when they made Hart the RoastMaser and this dais is so the cherry on top of it all! March 30th can’t come soon enough!
Earlier this week on Today, Matt Lauer took part in the Ice Bucket Challenge that Greg Norman challenged him to do. As part of the deal, he had to ask 3 other people to do the same thing or give $100 to charity. Those 3 people are Howard Stern, Brian Williams and Martha Stewart. Well one of those 3 took him up on his offer and it is the person I thought would be the least willing to do it. That person is Martha Stewart. And when she was done, she said “Oh Gd it’s cold.” Then she added, “Not so bad.” So I guess that proves that Domestic Goddess is also an Ice Queen because normal blooded people can’t handle that. Can we?
So who are three people, two are icier people than her and they’re Gwyneth Paltrow and Blake Lively, and one warm-hearted person, Ellen DeGeneres. Who do you think will pour a bucket of ice over their head for a good cause? I say on Ellen will do it, but then again you never know because Martha Stewart surprised me. Did you think she would be the only one on Matt’s list to actually do it? I can’t believe Brian Williams hasn’t done it yet. What’s up with that?
Martha Stewart was on The Late Show and David Letterman had to know more about her experience with Match.com. The Homemaker Guru told him that 30,000 men contacted her on the site. Of those potential matches, her people only found 12 suitors for her. Well then the CBS host had to know if she went on a date with any of them and she admitted that she did. So of course we all want to know if she made one of her excellent breakfasts for him the next day, OK I am saying it nicer than Letterman did, but let’s be real we want to know if they got crafty with her. Sadly being the lady that she is, she didn’t answer. But I am thinking she didn’t or she would still be using the site to get something cooking with a few more of those 30,000 men that contacted her. Today on Live with Kelly and Michael, Kelly Ripa read the names of the men that The NY Post thinks would be the perfect match for the single Martha Stewart. Well one of those names was none other than her co-host Michael Strahan and his reaction to his name being on the list was classic.
Seriously could you picture those two going out for cocktails? Actually they would be a pretty hot couple. I could actually see them having a lot of chemistry together.
Out of all the shows on television, the one show you don’t want to talk pot on is The Martha Stewart Show. Not because she seems so perfect, but because if you get the munchies on that show there is plenty of fattening food to pig out on.
Well having said that the Domestic Diva had Joan Rivers on her Hallmark show today and she asked the plastic surgery queen about that episode where she was seen smoking pot. Well Joan told her that it is for medicinal reasons because she has nerves. To me it is more like her nerve endings hurting from her almost 800 surgeries and using the marijuana to calm her nerve endings.
Seriously even though we have seen Joan Rivers smoke from a bong on her show, who really thinks she does it on a regular basis?
