|  Krispy Kreme Remember when Fall started after Labor Day? Well, at Krispy Kreme, Pumpkin Spice, aka Autumn, will be done by then.
Yesterday, the donut shop launched its Pumpkin Spice menu which includes four donuts (one new one) and two new coffee drinks.
NEW Pumpkin Spice Latte Swirl Doughnut: A Pumpkin Spice Doughnut dipped in a pumpkin spice/sugar blend and topped with a swirl of vanilla and coffee buttercream.
Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed® Doughnut: A classic Original Glazed doughnut with a pumpkin spice twist.
Pumpkin Spice Original Filled Cheesecake Doughnut: A Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnut with creamy cheesecake filling decorated with cheesecake icing.
Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut: A perfectly spiced old-fashioned cake doughnut covered in iconic glaze.
Pumpkin Spice Latte: A latte flavored with pumpkin pie sauce, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin spice seasoning – available hot, iced or frozen.
NEW Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee: Iced Coffee blended with pumpkin pie sauce.
Why are they starting the season before most kids are back in school? “Sure, pumpkin spice is generally associated with fall, but true fans of the flavor will agree that August is close enough! So, we’re pulling fall forward, enabling our guests to indulge and enjoy early with delicious pumpkin spice doughnuts and drinks, including our Pumpkin Spice Latte, which you can get iced or frozen, by the way,” said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme.
If Krispy Kreme debuts its Peppermint menu in September, I will boycott them. Not really, but I will say I will. I will do it because if now they will start celebrating Easter in January, and if the Groundhog hasn’t foreshadowed how many weeks until Spring, we cannot celebrate the season then. That sounded like a gpod excuse, didn’t it?

It might only be the 3rd day of August, but the fall season is less than two weeks away. How is that possible when school hasn’t even started? Oreo announced today that their pumpkin spice cookies will be hitting the shelves on August 15th, and that is the new traditional start of Autumn because you know that Starbucks and Krispy Kreme won’t be too far behind.

Popsicle® Firecracker™ Inspired Doughnut: An Original Glazed® doughnut dipped in Popsicle® Firecracker™ flavored icing and blue raspberry sugar, then topped with dollops of Popsicle® Firecracker™ flavored Kreme™ and original Kreme.
Vanilla King Cone Inspired Doughnut: A doughnut filled with vanilla custard Kreme™, dipped in chocolate icing, and topped with a blend of sugar cone pieces and chopped peanuts with a drizzle of chocolate icing.

I don’t know which one to try first because they all sound so delicious. So today, when I go to Krispy Kreme to buy them all, I am going to play the Good Humor music as I wait in the drive-thru line to get myself my treat. It will be just like when I was a kid, and I heard that tune coming my way!
The donuts are available from today until August 7th. So, don’t wait too long to try one, or they will be gone like the ice cream man when he runs out of ice cream.

Krispy Kreme found a way to sweeten the cost of gas |

Gas prices are making us sad. But what makes us happy? A dozen glazed donuts from Krispy Kreme. So the donut shop came up with a way to make us happy.
Every Wednesday from today until May 4th, we can get a box for the price of the national average of a gallon of gas.
So, today you can get 12 glazed donuts for $4.11. Suddenly, paying $6.50 for a gallon of gas doesn’t feel as bad as long as I don’t remember that it costs me a gallon to get to the nearest Krispy Kreme.

Krispy Kreme teamed up with Twix bar, and I am in love. Or should I say in lust?
From now until March 6th, you can try one of their three donuts that are made with the candy bar that has two sides to it.
The first one is a Bar Donut filled with a Twix. It is dipped in chocolate icing, drizzled with caramel and chocolate, topped with TWIX® pieces, and stuffed with Chocolate Kreme™ and a full-sized TWIX® Bar.
The next one is an Original filled donut with topped with Twix. It is a doughnut with salted caramel filling dipped in chocolate icing and topped with chopped TWIX® pieces and a caramel drizzle.
Finally, there is the Mini Original Glazed donut topped with Twix. The little guy is dipped in chocolate icing and topped with TWIX® pieces.
If that sounds better than sex to you, too, then run to Krispy Kreme now because they are only available for two weeks.
