Do you like your chicken fried, but not your skin from the sun? Well, Kentucky Fried Chicken came up with a solution for that. The fast food restaurant came out with KFC Extra Crispy Sunscreen. No, the SPF lotion doesn’t leave your dermis extra crispy, it just makes it smell that way.
Who knew that people had a need for their bodies to smell like fried chicken when they laid out in the sun.
Definitely not me because when I worked a big story in the Everglades, several of the other newsmen fed the alligators KFC and they loved it. Since they say humans taste like chicken, why would I want to smell that way too around animals that dream of eating us for a living. That could just be me, but I don’t want to give them anymore reason to eat me. There is only one mammal I let do that and he is man. Sorry, had to!
Back to the lotion, sadly they have already run out of supplies. Since it went so fast, maybe they release some more. For those of you who want to smell good enough to eat!
This is the role that George Hamilton was born to play. He is the Kentucky Fried Chicken’s new Extra Crispy Colonel. I can’t think of anyone else who would be more perfect to play the role, but the legendary actor who loves to tan. He’s a natural, so naturally KFC hired him!
When it comes to the Extra Crispy Chicken, I think it looks as scrumptious as him!
We know that Kentucky Fried Chicken is finger looking good, but do you wish that taste could last longer than the meal? That will soon be a reality because according to AdWeek, Ogilvy & Mather asked McCormick to help them come up with a nail polish that tastes like either Original Recipe and Hot & Spicy. After some testing in Hong Kong, they will decide on a flavor and hopefully make it available to world afterwards. All the flavor, none of the fat and calories. Sign me up to be a tester. Maybe if it is a success, they will add other flavors like biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, and more.
Also if it is a big success, maybe other restaurants will follow suit. Imagine if they did that for the McRib, the Whooper, Bloomin’ Onion, the Quesalupa and so on. My mouth is watering to lick my nails!
So I woke up this morning and I was debating whether or not to get the new sandwich from Kentucky Fried Chicken. In case you have missed what that heart attack inducing sandwich is, here is what the Double Down is…instead of using bread they use two pieces of either friend or grilled chicken and stuff it with 4 slices of cheese, two pieces of bacon and their special sauce. When I saw the Double Down my stomach went yum and my heart went dumb dumb. So since my body had such conflicting thoughts, I have seriously been wondering what to do. Well yesterday on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon he did the pros and cons of ordering the Double Down and thanks to him I have made my decision…the belly wins and the heart loses! Hopefully the heart won’t choose to get revenge on me for eating it.
BTW here is my question to KFC, I understand they are offering a healthy alternative by offering up grilled chicken instead of fried but with that sandwich does it really matter? I mean if you are going to eat that cholesterol rising sandwich why not go all the way and get it fried? I mean at that rate is it really worth saving yourself from the 80 extra calories and 9 grams of fat?
Finally has anyone tried the Double Down and how freaking delicious was it???

It is not a cold day in heck, Pamela Anderson is actually eating KFC. So what got the anti-KFC activist to eat at her least favorite fast food place? Kentucky Fried Chicked added a faux chicken sandwich to their menu. You would never it was faux chicken by the looks of the second picture because she is eating it like a carnivore.
