Names like William Hung, Chicken Little Boy, Scotty MacIntyre, Sanjaya Malakar with Crying Girl, Chewbacca Girl and the Pants on the Floor Guy. There were even two American Idols there, Ruben Studdard and Taylor Hicks.
If you are going to have all of those greats in one place, then what are you going to do with them? Make them sing for their dinner of course and they did. They gave us updates on their lives and some of them are still singing. Not professionally, but they never gave up their dream no matter how hard Simon Cowell tried to destroy them.
How he found them? We can only assume at the worst Karaoke bar in Anaheim. Where else?
When it comes to the ABC version can you name any of the contestants? Even the person who won last night? Did you even know they crowned a new winner yesterday?
Diane Keaton was on Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday and she used starring with Andy Garcia in Book Club as a way to kiss the ABC host. She told him how much she liked working with the Godfather actor again and then asked Kimmel if he wanted to see what they did in the film that comes out tomorrow.
Of course, he said yes. The two stood up looked at each other and then she grabbed his face with both hands. As she went in for the kiss, she realized her hat was too big for the moment. That did not stop her because she tilted her head to the side and went right in for a very passionate kiss. So passionate, he was left flustered and I think stiff like she said he was during their lip lock.
What was so cute about this, is that he could not stop looking at her, the same way a boy looks at a girl who just gave him first real kiss. Which is probably why he said to her it was a dream come true! How many other boys his age lusted after when they were teenagers? Now he knows what Andy Garcia and so many other actors have felt when they finally got the chance to smooch her on camera.
Last week, was take your kid to work day, so several members of the Jimmy Kimmel Live staff brought their offspring with them. What are they going to do if they have to spend the whole day at a talk show? They are going to write jokes for the host of course. Yesterday, Kimmel read what they wrote for him on the show.
They all might be under 9 years old, but all of their jokes deserve a 10. There were knock, knock jokes, riddles and even a political joke. Because would it be a late night monologue without one?
You know, if I were Kimmel, then I would fire the adults and keep the little ones. Who needs elementary school when your jokes are that witty?
Too bad Jane Kimmel was too young to be part of that group. Which is a good thing for her parents because she is probably funnier than them combined. So funny, the network would probably hire her to replace mom and dad. And then who would pay the bills?
There is a rumor going around that Matt Damon has a new best friend and his name is Chris Hemsworth. Somehow that news got back to Ben Affleck and he had a message for Thor, he wrote, “Hey @chrishemsworth, you can have him! I’m Team @JimmyKimmel anyways.”
At that point, Hemsworth broke his silence about the gossip with his hammer and wrote, “Sorry mate not my fault! He’s just a big @Marvel fan, not @DCComics. How do you like them apples 😘. @jimmykimmel the ball is in your court. Choose wisely…”
Well when Jimmy
Kimmel saw Affleck’s Tweet, he got all tingly inside and declared,
“Wow. Another big win for #TeamBatman! Sorry Matt, I’m sure this is a
Thor thubject. #Iwilltakeeveryoneyoulove.”
Chris Hemsworth responded to his new Loki with, “Hey @jimmykimmel sounds like you’ve chosen your side. Guess I’m not coming on your show this week. Good luck finding another Avenger named Chris.”
You see, all this week, Jimmy Kimmel Live is going to have the cast of Avengers: Infinity War on the show. How did he take it that one of the many Avengers would not be appearing on his talk show? The ABC host told him, “Not coming on my show will be another thing you and Matt have in common! @BenAffleck.”
Once Hemsworth read that, he wrote, “You know what, @jimmykimmel … I’m coming on your show now just to upset you.”
Throughout this Twitter infinity war, Matt Damon has not said a single word. Why do I have a feeling that will all change when not-Chris Evans is on JKL? Time for Kimmel to make another brilliant viral video! Side note, I have not watched I’m F*cking Ben Affleck in years, it is even more amazing now than it was then.

I am not sure if you heard this, but Josh Malina is a huge prankster on the set of Scandal. No one was safe from him. For 6 years, the cast has been putting up with him, hoping that one day someone would give him a taste of his own medicine.
That day finally came as the show was wrapping up its run, and the prankster was Jimmy Kimmel. He got Good Morning America in on it too. They had a family on the news show that are huge fans of the show. In order to thank those fans, who are really actors but he does not know that they are, they sent Josh Malina and Katie Lowes to surprise them when they were watching the show.
Sounds boring, but there is a twist! They gave Malina a confetti gun to shoot in the air when he walked through the door. You know where this going, right? As soon as he shot the gun off, elderly mama with a heart condition started to have a heart attack. Now Malina thinks he just a killed a woman. He gets on his knees to comfort her as she is asking why he did that.
You can tell he is about to lose it but in comes the EMTs Kimmel and Guillermo. Just as he is relieved that he did not kill someone, Cousin Sal douses him with a fire hose.
Malina did not see it coming, but he knows he deserved what happened to. The cast agreed because they gave Kimmel a standing ovation after they watched the prank. Poor Josh!
