When you are a Rock Star you dream of being on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine and that means a day-long interview to flesh out the story. Taylor Swift was so excited when she got the call that she was going to be featured. Therefore, she planned a whole day of driving around to rehearsal and stuff.
She told Graham Norton on his show today, how that interview went. She said she not only planned what they were going to do, but she also kept telling herself, “Drive the best you have you driven.” Well, she did not take her own advice. That is because she crashed her car, not once but twice. The first time was her fault, the second was not and she says she saved the reporter’s life as they were sideswiped. After the second accident, she thinks she heard Brian Hiatt scream, “I have a new baby at home!”
At that moment she knew the cover story was going to be a good read and a bad thing for her. The moral of this story is that she needs to hire a driver. Not only for herself but to protect the other people on the road. It is not she does not have the money to do so.
Before women wanted to kiss Zac Efron on camera, his co-star on Summerland did not want to do it. To hear why Kay Panabaker did not want to kiss the 16-year-old in that 2004 episode, then click here!
I love when celebrities do The Graham Norton Show because they tell him things they would never ever say on an American talk show.
For example, on Friday the BBC host asked Professor Charles Xavier about borrowing his grandfather’s razor. That is when the actor asked his gramps, who was in the audience, how old he was when he used that razor for the first time. You can tell by his grandad’s face that this story was not going to go well.
Back when McAvoy was a young lad, he started to become a man down there. He was not sure if he wanted that, so he decided to shave. Not his face but around his head. It did not go well. As in he cut himself and got blood all over the bathroom. Being a boy, he did not clean up after himself. Thus when his grandparents saw all that blood, they were worried about their grandson and asked him if he was OK. Therefore, he had to explain what he was doing.
It might have been over 25 years since that incident happened, but his grandparents’ expressions are still the same. Which is what makes this amazing TMI story even more epic.
Just as they were proud of their grandson for all of his accomplishments, he reminds them on international television it was not always that way.
Oh and thankfully, for all, McAvoy has gotten better at shaving. That and he does not use his granddaddy’s razor anymore to do it.
We all have our own little party tricks and Keira Knightley showed hers off on The Graham Norton Show today. She can play Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head using her fingers and her teeth. If you close your eyes, you can actually hear the Burt Bacharach tune. Pretty impressive.
Although, I do not recommend trying it at home or at parties because it hurts. I know I should have started with that line because you already flicked your finger on your teeth and are feeling that weird sensation.
Therefore, from now on, do like Dolly Parton and just plays your nails like a washboard. I promise you there is no pain involved with that. Plus, it sounds really cool when you finally master it.
Before Kurt Russell kicked a$$ as Elvis Pressley in Elvis, he actually kicked the King of Rock’n’Roll in It Happened at the World’s Fair. How cute was the 10-year-old on that 1963 movie?
Russell was on The Graham Norton Show and he told the host what it was like to work on that film. Was he star struck? Listen to his answer below.
