Ice Spice has made it. Dunkin’ reached out to her and asked if she wanted a drink named after her.
Actually, they didn’t ask her. Ben Affleck did. And he didn’t listen to what she was saying.
“Pumpkin spice season has gotten a bit predictable lately, so we sought help from our friends Ben Affleck and Ice Spice to create a new pumpkin obsession that only Dunkin’ can offer,” said Jill McVicar Nelson, Chief Marketing Officer at Dunkin’. “The result? The collaboration you never knew you needed: Pumpkin Munchkins and Frozen Dunkin’ Coffee, blended together to create the Ice Spice MUNCHKINS® Drink. It’s fun, it’s delicious and it’s not your ordinary pumpkin drink!”
The Ice Spice MUNCHKINS® Drink blends Dunkin’s smooth, creamy Frozen Coffee with Pumpkin MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats, topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Think of it like Boba tea but with Munchkins.
Does it sound good to you? Then get it while you can.
And now, let’s talk about how Affleck sounded to the singer. He is married to a woman from The Bronx; you would think he would know how to speak to one. But he doesn’t. J-Lo needs to do better.
Most of us have had an Irish Coffee or a Long Island Iced Tea. So I am sure a lot of us would try Spiked Dunkin’ coffee and tea. At least, that is what the donut giant is hoping for with their alcoholic drinks.
“We knew we had the opportunity to create something special when we saw the positive response to our previous seasonal collaborations for Dunkin’-inspired beers. The growing appetite for adult beverages inspired us to put a twist on our customers’ favorite Dunkin’ Iced Coffee, Iced Tea and Refresher flavors,” said Brian Gilbert, Vice President of Retail Business Development at Dunkin’. “Dunkin’ Spiked is perfect for day or night enjoyment and comes in eight distinct flavors, available in grocery and package stores later this month. This new line of ready-to-drink adult beverages elevates Dunkin’s offerings, and we know our 21+ fans will love every sip.”
Dunkin’ is releasing four flavors of each:
Dunkin’ Spiked Original Iced Coffee – Rich & satisfying with the classic Dunkin’ coffee flavor
Dunkin’ Spiked Caramel Iced Coffee – Vibrant & smooth with sweet and delicious caramel flavor
From August 17th-September 13th, you will be able to order glazed Pumpkin cake donuts, Pumpkin MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats, and Pumpkin muffins, along with Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, Blood Orange Dunkin’ Refresher, Nutty Pumpkin Coffee, Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, and Maple Sugar Snackin’ Bacon.
Now that I think about it, maybe starting the season early isn’t such a bad thing. Hopefully, it will bring the Fall temperature sooner because this heat is killing me!
If you live in a location that doesn’t have seasons as I do, then you go by when the coffee and/or donut shops bring out the pumpkin spice for Fall and peppermint flavors for Winter.
Therefore according to my calendar, aka Dunkin Donuts, Fall starts on August 18th, instead of September 22nd. That is because that’s when they introduce their Autumn menu.

Dunkin’ Donuts has been expanding its brand over the last few years. They have ventured into the cereal business, much to the delight of my belly, and now they are teaming up with Frankford Candy for jellybeans based on their iced coffee flavors.
Brian Gilbert, Vice President of Retail Business Development at Dunkin’, says, “Jelly beans are such a classic and popular part of the holiday and seasonal celebration. We are thrilled to team up with Frankford Candy, the leader in confections that have delighted Americans for decades, to create a fun and sweet new way for people to enjoy the great taste of Dunkin’.”
What flavors will be in the $3.49 bag that will be available at Walgreen’s and Rite-Aid? They will taste like Dunkin’s signature iced coffees like French Vanilla, Caramel Latte, Butter Pecan, Toasted Coconut, and Hazelnut.
My mouth is already wet with desire for them. Too bad we have to wait until Easter to eat them. Even sadder is that they will only be available for a limited time. Maybe if we eat enough of them; they will make it a permanent thing?
