The Fockers are back for a fourth time, and there is a new member joining the family! Her name is Olivia Jones, but you know her as Ariana Grande. She is hoping to have Ben Stiller as her Focker-In-Law because she is dating his son, Henry (Skyler Gisondo) and he is ready to propose to Olivia.
Well, she doesn’t want him because she is more like Robert De Niro, which is why he loves his granddaughter-in-law-to-be. At least, that is what it looks like from the hysterical trailer for the film, which comes out on November 25th.
This is the third Thanksgiving in a row that Grande has spent in movie theaters. The last two were with Wicked and Wicked: For Good!
While most celebrities got into the alcohol business, Ben Stiller is doing something different from those other actors.
The actor is selling a healthy soda that contains no “fake stuff” and only has “30 calories”. Stiller’s Natural Soda comes in three flavors: Shirley Temple, Root Beer, and Lemon/Lime.
Zoolander says, “Can Stiller’s Root Beer render you more desirable to the people you’d most like to impress – whether in a recreational, occupational or sexual capacity? That is not a promise we are able to make at this time.”
And at this time, it is only available in the NYC area (including my hometown, Riverdale) and on Amazon.
Since I love a good Shirley Temple, I can’t wait to try a can! Luckily, my friend is going to Manhattan for the weekend, so I am going to make him buy me one to try. I just hope that it doesn’t explode in his luggage. Well, for him, I hope it doesn’t happen. For me, I find the concept hilarious, that is, until I get the bill to get everything he brought with him cleaned.
Ariana Grande has come a long way since she played Cat Valentine on Victorious and Sam & Kate. She landed the role of Glinda in Wicked and received an Oscar nomination for her performance.
Because of that, she is in high demand, and Ben Stiller got her for Meet the Fockers 4.
Today, Stiller announced that the sequel will be called Focker-In-Law and who will be in the cast.
Robert De Niro, Stiller, Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner, and Teri Polo were all on one page, while Grande got a page all to herself! Just like Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand, a star has been born!
I can’t wait to see what is next for her. But before then, she has Wicked: For Good this November, Fockers next Thanksgiving, and Dr. Seuss’ beloved Oh, the Places You’ll Go in 2028. Oh, she also promised some music next year.
Apple TV+ streamed the season 2 finale of Severance today, and it left viewers wanting more. But they didn’t know if they are going to get more episodes in the future.
Luckily, they didn’t have to wait too long to find that the workplace show with a twist is coming back for season 3. It was a decision that was easy for them to make because it is the streamer’s most-watched show.
“Making ‘Severance’ has been one of the most creatively exciting experiences I’ve ever been a part of,” said executive producer and director Ben Stiller. “While I have no memory of this, I’m told making season three will be equally enjoyable, though any recollection of these future events will be forever and irrevocably wiped from my memory as well.”
“I couldn’t be more excited to get back to work with Ben, Dan, the incredible cast and crew, Apple and the whole ‘Severance’ team,” said star and executive producer Adam Scott. “Oh hey also — not a huge deal — but if you see my innie, please don’t mention any of this to him. Thanks.”
The other night, Gwendoline Christie and Patricia Arquette were on Watch What Happens Live to promote their show Severance. Actually, it is Ben Stiller’s show because he created it.
However, Andy Cohen didn’t invite him to be a guest. Instead, the EP sat in the audience. And he did not mind because he said they “are the best audience on TV.” Plus, he didn’t have to answer all of the questions that they would have asked him.
