Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Daniel Dae Kim was arrested this morning for DUI in Honolulu. As we all know a DUI arrest or any vehicular arrest means you will be killed off on Lost ie. Michelle Rodriguez, Cynthia Watros and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje. At leat this time it was an original cast member and not a tailie.
What is up with all these Lost actors getting arrested in Hawaii, seriously no other show has had many arrests as this one.
BTW how do you think they are going to kill of Jin? I mean there are already rumors that another person will die on the show, so why not think it is him…

Kid Rock arrested for a fight at a Georgia Waffle House |

Kid Rock was arrested for an alleged fight he got into with another customer at a Waffle House in the middle of the night in Atlanta according to WAGA.
Police tell us the singer, also known as Robert Ritchie, stopped at the restaurant at 5:15 Sunday morning after performing at The Tabernacle.
A male customer recorgnized a woman in Kid Rock's entourage, and police say that customer and the woman had words. That escalated into an argument, then a phjysical fight in the parking lot of the Waffle House, located on Buford Highway. Police were summoned, and Kid Rock's tour bus was pulled over a short time later.
He and five members of his entourage were taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of simple battery. The customer, who police identify as Harlen Akins, has been charged with one felony count of second degree criminal damage to property for allegedly smashing a window at the restaurant.
Kid Rock needs to get take anger management classes ASAP. Seriously how might fights has this 36 year old man gotten in to in the last few months? The most famous one was his one with Tommy Lee at the VMAs.
BTW for those of you who don't know what a Waffle House is, it is good cheap food but most of the chain restaurants are dives. Let's just say it is a great place to go to eat after you spent the night partying and not only because most of them are 24 hours. Pure yummy grease!!!

Britney Spears finally turned herself in to get booked for that accident when she hit that car without a valid California driver's license and drove away from the scene. But the big news from the booking sheet is that she only weighs 125 pounds….do booking sheets lie? I can't wait to see the mugshot, hopefully the Van Nuys police will release it soon!

Kiefer Sutherland busted for DUI |

|  24's Kiefer Sutherland was busted early this morning for an alleged DUI after attending a Fox party according to KNBC.
Sutherland was stopped at La Cienega and Beverly at 1:35 a.m. and was booked on misdemeanor DUI charges at the Los Angeles Police Department's Hollywood station shortly after 4 a.m., police said.
Police said Sutherland failed a field sobriety test.
Kiefer was released after he paid his $25,000 bail.
This season of 24 seems so cursed. First they had to scrap the season, then production was halted because they were not yet ready for the season, then they hired Janeane Garofalo as a guest star and now this. Hopefully the show will do better once it is on air and that Keifer will get the help he seems to need.

OJ Simpson was arrested today, but not for that other thing. Since his arrest 1994, he has learned to take a smiley mug shot from Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie as seen in the one that was posted on The Smoking Gun today.
O.J. Simpson posed for today following his arrest for the alleged armed robbery of a memorabilia dealer in a Las Vegas hotel room. Simpson, 60, was booked into the Clark County Detention Center after he was taken into custody this morning by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers. According to investigators, Simpson and several cohorts burst into a room at the Palace Station hotel Thursday evening and confiscated collectibles that Simpson claims were stolen from him (the items were being offered for sale by a dealer with whom Simpson has had prior business dealings). Simpson, who is facing six felony charges, is the second person arrested for the alleged memorabilia heist.
The Judge denied him bail, so I wonder how long he will be in jail for this alleged crime. Can you imagine if he gets life in prison for this?
