Loni Anderson talks about kissing Arnold Schwarzenegger
March 12th, 2021 under Andy Cohen, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Loni Anderson. [ Comments: none ]

Loni Anderson was on Watch What Happens Live yesterday, and Andy Cohen wanted to know about her kissing scene with Arnold Schwarzenegger in The Jayne Mansfield Story.

It was the body builder’s first role, and he wanted to make sure he was authentic when he played Mickey Hargitay, Mansfield’s husband and Mariska Hargitay’s dad. Therefore, he went all-in for the kiss, and it has been reported the director had to yell cut.

“It was a pretty amazing kiss. I think I yelled, ‘cut,'” Anderson said. “It was getting pretty intimate.” She then added that he was a good kisser.

Now, let’s talk about the actress. Can you believe that she is 75 years old? She looks phenomenal. Even better than when she starred in the 1980 telemovie.

Who is Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb’s least favorite guest?
October 14th, 2020 under Andy Cohen, Kathie Lee and Hoda. [ Comments: none ]

Hoda Kotb was on Watch What Happens Live yesterday. However, it was her old Today co-host Kathie Lee Gifford who was asking the questions and not Andy Cohen. Not for the whole show, just for the Plead the Fifth segment.

What did Gifford want to know? The first, and only interesting question, was who their least favorite guest. Both of them agreed it was the late Frank Sinatra, Jr. Why? Because the Hollywood legacy was there to promote the book that he wrote, and he didn’t want to talk about it. What else is there to talk about with him? Tell us some awkward stories about your dad? Maybe, he could’ve discussed with them the time he was kidnapped. Suddenly the book sounds like a much better conversation for the singer.

Cohen had a story like that. He said that he produced a segment with Gilligan Island’s Ginger for CBS’s morning show, and Tina Louise didn’t want to talk about the series. Then why book her?

Kathie Lee Gifford responds to her son-in-law’s moose knuckle on Family Feud
September 30th, 2020 under Andy Cohen, Kathie Lee and Hoda, Steve Harvey. [ Comments: none ]

Kathie Lee Gifford and her family were on this Sunday’s Celebrity Family Feud, but all everyone could talk about was her son-in-law, Ben Wierda. They were not talking about what a good player he was. Instead, they were all about his tight pants that left very little to the imagination.

And imagination is what Andy Cohen has been using since he saw Wierda’s moose knuckle. Therefore, when he had Gifford on Watch What Happens Live yesterday, he had to ask her if she saw it. “It’s hard to miss it.” The host added, “I’m sorry, but I’m glad it’s not my son. It’s Cassidy’s husband, who I adore.”

Did her family notice his family jewels were on display? They did not because they were so into the game. However, her daughter, Cassidy, tried to warn him before the taping that they might be too revealing for television. He thought they were fine, until they weren’t.

How are Wierda’s reacting to their recent exposure? They are laughing about it. The proud mother-in-law says they all have a great sense of humor about this and everything else. Something they need after all of this excitement.

Natalie Maines says she might make out with George W. Bush
July 22nd, 2020 under Andy Cohen, Dixie Chicks. [ Comments: none ]

Back in 2003, Natalie Maines bashed then-President George W. Bush on several occasions over the Gulf War, and Country music fans called for a boycott of The Dixie Chicks’ music.

Seventeen years later, we have a president that makes us think differently about how bad he was. Do The Chicks feel the same way about 43 due to everything we have been through with 45? Maines told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live yesterday, “I joke that today, I might, actually, make out with George Bush.” I wonder if he would accept her offer?

I’ll tell you, I think it would be a great campaign move for both parties if he accepted her offer. They could do an ad and say, “Look at what Donald Trump made us do.” Or better yet, they can kiss at one of the Country music events. I am sure there are a lot of fans who feel the same way as The Chicks about the current state of our government.

We would just need both of them to self-quarantine and test negative for COVID-19 before they make out. Why am I picturing them locking tongues? You are doing it too, right? Which song do you imagine them swapping spit over because there has to be music as they do the deed?

Andrew Rannells spills the tea on his diner with Patti LuPone and Glenn Close
June 25th, 2020 under Andrew Rannells, Andy Cohen, Glenn Close, Jon Hamm, Patti LuPone. [ Comments: none ]

A few weeks ago, when Patti LuPone was on Watch What Happens Live, she talked about the fateful night she had with Andrew Rannells, Jon Hamm, and her sworn enemy Glenn Close.

The two legendary actresses do not get along because LuPone was slated to play the lead in Sunset Boulevard, but they gave the role to Glenn Close instead. Needless to say, since then Lupone has not been a fan of Close’s.

So what happened when the two ladies got close to each other on a night out in Manhattan. According to LuPone, she warned her friend Jon Hamm that he better not f*ck her.

That was towards the end of that night, a night we all wish we could have been a fly on the wall. While we were not, Rannells was. Yesterday, when he was on WWHL, he gave some more details to Andy Cohen about what happened inbetween their chance meeting until the threat.

He says the three of them were out at a restaurant, and they went to talk to some friends. When they got back to the booth, Close was sitting there all by herself. The three joined her and chatted for a while. Since both divas are ladies, they acted civilly towards each other. However, you could feel the tension between them.

He probably felt it because LuPone kept saying to him that Close better not try to f*ck Hamm or that she would lose it. No one lost anything that night, but Rannels had a night he will never forget.

I can’t wait to hear what Hamm has to say about it. He better ham it up for the cameras!

I also hope that some big Broadway producer casts LuPone and Close in a revival of Whatever Happened to Baby Jane. Ryan Murphy would have the next Feud unfold before our very eyes.
