Charlie Puth’s pitch perfect name for his son!
March 23rd, 2026 under Charlie Puth. [ Comments: none ]

March 2026 is a memorable one for Charlie Puth because he had two babies during this month.

On March 13th, he and his wife, Brooke Sansone, welcomed their first child, a boy whom they named Jude Crawford. And yes, he is already lulling the 10-day-old baby to sleep with The Beatles’ Hey Jude. The first of many tunes he will be playing for his son.

That is baby #1. On March 27th, he will be releasing his fourth studio album, Whatever’s Clever!

The Puths have known each other forever because their fathers are childhood school buddies. The two didn’t start dating until June 2022 and got married in September 2024.

Congrats to the proud parents.

CIA gets a promotion, Star Trek: Starfleet Academy gets a demotion
March 23rd, 2026 under Dick Wolf, Star Trek. [ Comments: none ]

Mark Schafer/CBS

The good news is that CBS picked up CIA for a second season. And it was a long road to get there. Dick Wolf’s latest drama, which stars Tom Ellis and Nick Gehlfuss, lost showrunners and cast members before the premiere, which was delayed almost a year. However, enough people are watching, so the network is staying with it.

Meanwhile, Paramount+ recently picked up Star Trek: Starfleet Academy for a second season, only to announce today it will be its last.

“We’re incredibly proud of the ambition, passion, and creativity that went into bringing ‘Star Trek: Starfleet Academy’ to life,” CBS Studios and Paramount+ said in a joint statement to Variety. “The series introduced audiences to a bold new group of characters, welcomed familiar faces, and expanded the ‘Star Trek’ universe in exciting new ways. We’re grateful to Alex Kurtzman, Noga Landau, Gaia Violo, and the entire cast and crew who pushed storytelling boundaries in the spirit of Gene Roddenberry’s vision. We look forward to sharing the upcoming second and final season with everyone, and continuing to celebrate the cast, crew, and all that was accomplished with this series.”

Which network do you think made the right choice?

Hacks is going into its final curtain call
March 23rd, 2026 under HBO Max. [ Comments: none ]

The good news is that Emmy-winning Hacks will be back for its fifth season on April 9th. The bad news is that it will be the show’s final on HBO.

In the aftermath of mistaken and unflattering news reports that she passed away, Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) and Ava (Hannah Einbinder) return to Las Vegas more determined than ever to secure Deborah’s legacy as a comedian.

Will they do it? We will find out during the show’s final 10 episodes. They will air one a week, but on April 30th and May 7th, we will get two episodes. The series finale will premiere on May 27th.

Are you sad that Hack is taking its final bow?

A Gen X girl’s wet dream!
March 23rd, 2026 under Billy Zabka, C. Thomas Howell, Matt and Kevin Dillon, Ralph Macchio. [ Comments: none ]

Back in the ’80s, teenage girls all had crushes on The Outsiders’ C. Thomas Howell and Ralph Macchio, Just One of the Guys’ Billy Zabka, and The Blob’s Kevin Dillon.

The four beefcakes’ posters might have shared a wall in the girls’ bedrooms, but they were never seen together in one photo.

That was then. Now, they were all together this weekend and took a photo at HorrorHound in Cincinnati. And all those girls are still having wet dreams about them because they are still doable 40 years later!

Gotta love conventions. They make girls’ wet dreams come true!
