Charlie Puth was supposed to play Orlando tonight as part of his Whatever’s Clever World Tour, but he had to cancel at the last minute.
He wrote: “I am so devastated to do this, but I have to cancel tonight’s show.
“I’ve been sick for the last few days and am now being instructed to rest or else risk canceling more dates on this tour.
“Performing for you all each night means everything to me, and you all deserve the best. I’m heartbroken, but I physically am unable to perform. Without a voice, I can’t give you guys the show you all deserve.
“I’m so sorry, this was not an easy decision to make but I hope to see you all soon when I am well again.”
Hopefully, he will be better by his next three dates in Nashville, Tennessee, on Tuesday night, and in Texas on Thursday and Friday. I have seen him live, and he is worth every penny. Granted, I didn’t have to pay for tickets, but still.
March 2026 is a memorable one for Charlie Puth because he had two babies during this month.
On March 13th, he and his wife, Brooke Sansone, welcomed their first child, a boy whom they named Jude Crawford. And yes, he is already lulling the 10-day-old baby to sleep with The Beatles’ Hey Jude. The first of many tunes he will be playing for his son.
That is baby #1. On March 27th, he will be releasing his fourth studio album, Whatever’s Clever!
The Puths have known each other forever because their fathers are childhood school buddies. The two didn’t start dating until June 2022 and got married in September 2024.
I have to admit that I am usually not impressed by the musical performers at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. However, this year, I am looking forward to seeing several acts perform, including Rick Springfield, The All-American Rejects, HUNTRX, Goo Goo Dolls, Charlie Puth, Leon Thomas, and a few others. There is someone for everyone, even the kiddos, who will be in bed.

Puth will be joined by Brandi Carlile, who will perform America the Beautiful, and Coco Jones, who will sing Lift Every Voice and Sing.

It was also announced that Deaf Performers Fred Beam will perform the National Anthem and Lift Every Voice and Sing, Julian Ortiz will sign America the Beautiful, and Deaf Puerto Rican performer Celimar Rivera Cosme will team up with Bad Bunny for the Super Bowl Half Time Show.
Super Bowl LX will take place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara on February 8th.

The 6-episode mockumnetary debuts October 4th on Roku. Hopefully, when it is over, kids will no longer say to him, “Shawn Mendes, the better version of you.” I felt that pain, and I know and accept that are a lot of people who are a better version of me.
