Casting changes for Tracker and Law & Order |

The Fall broadcasting season is back in production, but not all of the actors are back at work.
Over at Tracker, Eric Graise and Abby McEnany are no longer assisting Justin Hartley in tracking missing people. According to TVLine, Graise played technical genius Bobby, who helped hack phones and computers and locate people via GPS. Even though, he was rarely seen, his role was important to Hartley’s character, Colter. McEnany’s Velma worked the calls and told Colter where to go.
Law & Order is saying goodbye to Mechad Brooks as Detective Jalen Shaw after three seasons. Deadline reports that his departure was a mutual decision between him and the producers.

Practical Magic 2 begins filming |

In 1998, we fell in love with the Owens sisters, and since then, we have wanted a sequel to Practical Magic. But we never seemed to get one.
Then last year, it was announced that we were getting a second movie and that Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman were going to reprise their roles.
As with many announcements, I took it with a grain of salt. Just because something is announced does not mean it is going to happen.
Therefore, I wait until production starts before I believe it is really happening. And today, Kidman shared a video of her hugging Bullock on the set of the film. Therefore, it is really happening.
How excited are you to see them together again? Especially since they look the same! It is like they have not aged in 27 years. That is magic!
Practical Magic is expected to be released on September 18, 2026.

It looks like Jason Mraz for all of his Dancing with the Stars moves |

Jason Mraz competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2023, and he finished in second place. So, you would think that he would remember all the dance moves he performed on the dancing competition. However, it looks like he forgot them.
He shared a video of himself dancing outside of The Star Theater in Oceanside to promote the fundraiser for the Oceanside International Film Festival, which is showing his music doc, The Opener, on August 2nd, and those are the moves that would get you eliminated early on.
While they might be dorky moves, I think they are cute, just like the singer who feels like dancing.

When you think of KISS, you think of them as one of the biggest names in Glam Rock. So, it might surprise you, as it surprised me, that Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley’s sons, Nick and Evan, sang The Beatles’ ballad Here Comes the Sun.
The Stanley Simmons duo perfectly harmonized the positive tune written by the late George Harrison, and I am shook. It was not what I was expecting from two boys whose fathers belted out Rock and Roll All Nite in makeup, leather, and platform boots. The Fab Four are like the opposite of Knights in Satan’s Service.
However, it does show that their fathers raised them right and taught them to love all genres of music, even songs that came out four years before their dads formed their band.

Is Allison Janney really 65? |

Alison Janney attended the Las Culturistas Culture Awards in Los Angeles yesterday, and she was the Queen of the Ball.
The 65-year-old wore a black body suit without pants, which showed off the 6-foot actress’ long legs, and it was a show stopper on the red carpet where several other women wore dresses that also showed off their gams.
Those women were younger than her, so it is hard to believe that she is older than they are, let alone a senior citizen. I am surprised they didn’t do a Tonya Harding to her because she rightfully stole their limelight. Seriously, the Mom star had everyone saying, “Oh, mama!” Don’t you agree?
BTW If she wore a top hat, I would expect to hear her sing One from A Chorus Line.
The awards show airs August 5th on Bravo TV.
