Poker Face season 2 has as many guest stars as a deck of cards
March 12th, 2025 under Natasha Lyonne, Peacock. [ Comments: none ]

Poker Face will finally be back on Peacock on May 8th with three episodes and a lot of guest stars. How many? 52 in total, which is the same amount as there are cards in a deck of cards.

Charlie Cale (Natasha Lyonne) is back on the run, and in Season 2, we’ve taken her journey to the next level one murder mystery at a time. From minor league baseball to big box retail, from funeral homes to alligator farms and even a grade school talent show, Charlie navigates her crime solving existential road-trip with deadpan wit, human empathy, and her signature uncanny lie-detecting ability.

What the streamer left out in the description is a whole lot of funny. It is one of the most cleverly written shows on television.

Ryan Seacrest scares Vanna White
March 12th, 2025 under Ryan Seacrest, Wheel of Fortune. [ Comments: none ]

Vanna White seems like one of the nicest people in Hollywood. So, you would wonder who would want to be mean to her.

The answer is her co-host, Ryan Seacrest. Yesterday, at the end of Wheel of Fortune, he asked her how long she had been afraid of spiders. She told him since she was bitten by one in second grade.

Then, he shared with her a story about his biggest spider fear. When he was done, he took something out of his jacket pocket and asked her to hold it.

What was it? It was a spider. Actually, it was a fake one, but she didn’t know that. Poor Vanna.

I hope she gets her revenge on him because he deserves it!

Where is Kelly Clarkson?
March 12th, 2025 under Kelly Clarkson. [ Comments: none ]

Kelly Clarkson has a daytime talk show named after her. However, other people have been hosting it most of the month. So, People is wondering where the OG American Idol is?

This all started on March 3rd, when guest Simu Liu was a last minute replacement, and I do mean last minute. He found out about his new job for the day five minutes before the start of the program.

The next day, she was back for two days. Since March 6th, other people have taken over the duties. Roy Wood, Jr. started it off. Then, Josh Groban co-hosted with Wanda Sykes. Brooke Shields has been hosting the last two days. Today, Willie Geist is sitting in her chair. Tomorrow and Friday, Molly Sims has the job.

So, where is Clarkson? No one but she and her staff knows.

Hopefully, all is OK with her and her family.

And hopefully, this is not another Wendy Williams thing because she also disappeared with no explanation.

Did Joel McHale have the longest talk show entrance?
March 12th, 2025 under Jimmy Kimmel, Joel McHale. [ Comments: none ]

Joel McHale was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote tomorrow’s season finale of Animal Control on Fox, and boy, did he make an entrance.

He came out and hugged Kimmel. That is where most entrances end. But it didn’t. He then walked over to the audience to say a quick hi to his mom, who was sitting there to celebrate her 80th birthday.

So, now will he go sit down? Nope. The host told him he forgot to put his arms around Guillermo. Off he went to right a wrong. And he kept going, hugging all of the band and crew who were on the stage.

After around 90 seconds, there was no one left to hug. Finally, the interview began. And we got to meet McHale’s mom, who looks familiar, but I can’t place where I have seen her.

When it was all done, the Community star was not done with his hug-a-thon. Therefore, he went out to Hollywood Blvd. and hugged everyone in the community. Rumor has it he is still there.
