The ’70s created some of the happiest and the saddest music of the last century. Two of the musicians who sang some of those happiest tunes are Donny Osmond and Henry Wayne Casey with his band, KC and the Sunshine Band.
However, we never saw them in their Boogie Shoes on the stage. Yesterday, that all changed when the Disco singer went to see Osmond perform in Hollywood, Florida and went backstage.
While he was there, someone handed them a mic, and they did a duet to Boogie Shoes.
Now that we have seen these two powerhouses together, I hope they will consider hitting the road as Donny and Casey. Because that’s the way I like it. I mean, who doesn’t have Puppy Love for the performers?
Maya Rudolph won an Emmy for playing Vice President Kamala Harris. And now, many of us are wishing and hoping that the VP will win the Presidential election in November.
But before we get to November 5th, there are going to be several Saturday Night Live episodes, so Lorne Michaels has asked Rudolph to reprise her role. And she said yes!
However, her acceptance of the role came at a price. According to Deadline, production has been halted on the third season of the actress’ heartfelt hilarious sitcom Loot on Apple TV+.
I get why she chose to do it. But I think it is fucked up that they had to halt production, which was slated to start in August, on the show because she committed to do so that she could do SNL. Hollywood is hurting due to the strikes. So, the people who work on the show probably depended on that money, and now they are not going to get it until at least late November, if not 2025. I hope she donates her paycheck to them because every little helps.
I think JD Vance might want to spend some alone time with his couch because he is probably going to get real cozy with Cozi TV this week. That is because the Classic TV channel is airing a week of episodes dedicated to the couch on Roseanne. And we have all heard the rumors about how he really loves couches, like in a Biblical way. So he must be so excited! And he just can’t hide it.
And if he needs to get into the mood, he can just watch their commercial promoting the hot week of programming. Although he probably likes his couches silent.
Oh, and this might be too much for him to hear. But, Married..with Children and their couch is cumming to Cozi TV on Saturday!
