Shaquille O’Neal has been on a mission, and so far, he is successful. The NBA legend told Entertainment Tonight that he has lost 40 pounds and wants to lose another 20 by his 51st birthday on March 6th.
On that date, he is going to take it all off and show us his new body! A body he is getting ready to pose in his underwear along with his sons. Knowing him, I think he will be able to do it.
How has he been doing it? “It’s all about eating right. I got some blood work done, a friend of mine called me and said, ‘You’re fat,’ and she gave me this guy’s name, and he did some blood work, and you know, ’cause I was the athlete — I wasn’t a salad eater. I won’t pay attention to any of that. I don’t care about none of that,” O’Neal said. “I didn’t know what the difference between a carb and a protein, at 50 years old I never knew. So, he was saying you can’t do this, you can’t do that, more vegetables, my iron’s low. And once I just started changing those certain things, it dropped.”
I can’t wait to see the chiseled Shaq in two months!
Josh Holloway, Daniel Dae Kim, and Harold Perrineau had a little reunion for Christmas, and we are the ones who got the gift. That is because we got to see what would’ve happened had Sawyer, Jin, and Michael made it to a different island, instead of the other side of the one they were on.
This gift got me wanting more. It makes me we wish we could get a new ending because the one we got sucked. I am still bitter. Who isn’t?
Someone mentioned that they are disappointed that Kenny Loggins’ Christmas album is called December, and not Highway to the Manger Zone. So the singer got his band together and reworked the words of Danger Zone to Manger Zone.
