Earlier in the week, there were rumors that Facebook is getting a new name. It is not. However, the parent company is.
“Announcing Meta — the Facebook company’s new name,” the statement reads. “Meta is helping to build the metaverse, a place where we’ll play and connect in 3D. Welcome to the next chapter of social connection.
“The names of the apps that we build—Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp—will remain the same.”
Is anything safe from superheroes’ verses? I guess not.
Oh, and I hope that Metta World Peace sues them for copyright infringement.

Macklemore has a new song out, and he couldn’t wait for his daughter to hear it. So, what did Sloane think of it? Let’s just say she was not impressed.
“It’s not your best, but I still love ya,” the 6-year-old told her dad. “Is this really your best rapping?”
However, she finally concluded that Next Year is “really good.” And the sassy little girl better be really good if she wants to see next year.
Seriously, her dad should get her show where she critiques music because she does not hold back! And that makes her so awwwwdorable.

COVID-19 will be no match against Jason Momoa |

Jason Momoa is in Hertfordshire filming Aquaman 2. Or should I say, “was filming?” That is because the actor tested positive for COVID-19.
“Jason is fine luckily and is now isolating after getting a positive test,” a source told The Sun. “But it’s a real headache for the film’s bosses, who are now worrying about having to delay their tight filming schedule.”
I am sure he will be back at work in time. Because, after all, he is Jason Momoa, and there are not many things that can take him down. However, he has suffered several injuries on the set of the sequel. So far, he has suffered an eye injury that needs surgery, a hernia, rib dislocation, and now this. Like a Timex watch, he takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

There are a lot of benefits of dating Martin Scorsese’s daughter. I mean, her dad is an Oscar-winning director. However, there is a big reason why you don’t want to date her, and that is because of the movies that got him the nominations and the win.
Don’t believe me? His daughter, Francesca Scorsese, 21, shared a video of what it is like when she tells her dad that her boyfriend did something wrong to her. That face makes it look like he is going to go all Raging Bull on his a$$. I would be afraid because he might look like Goodfella, but his Gangs of New York are terrifying.
