Denise Richards might be 50 years old, but she doesn’t look it. She has the face and the body of a woman half her age. Today, she revealed her secret to having such a tight tush.
Does she do squats? Yoga? Pilates? Jazzercise? Nope, she uses the Emsculpt Neo. The powerful machine gives you the equivalent of 20,000 squats. All while lying down.
I don’t know about you, but this is an exercise I can get behind. No pun intended.
Oh, and she says she also used it on her stomach.
No sit-ups. No squats. Technology is a beautiful thing, especially when it makes you beautiful.
Get ready to sing your heart out 🎶 #ZoeysPlaylist is coming to The Roku Channel with an all new movie! Stream Zoey’s Extraordinary Christmas this holiday season 🎁 pic.twitter.com/CnTZYuwPSh
This holiday Roku Channel is giving us something to sing about and sing=along with. That is because they announced today that they are giving Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, the cancelled (way too soon) series, a Christmas movie with all of the original cast.
Creator Austin Winsberg said, “I am so extremely grateful to The Roku Channel for helping us get Zoey to sing again. I can’t think of a more appropriate time to hear someone’s heart song than the holidays. And Zoey’s Extraordinary Christmas will be an opportunity to provide the fans and new viewers alike a chance to all tap their toes and get in the holiday mood. This show has always been about empathy, compassion and the triumph of the human spirit. The Roku Channel has sure lifted mine and I hope that our film can have the same effect on viewers everywhere…”
The holiday film will pick up where season two left off. It will be interesting to find out if Max (Skylar Astin) can still hear Zoey’s (Jane Levy) heart songs just like she has been hearing his and everyone else’s.
Along with the movie, all 25 episodes are coming to the Roku Channel this Fall. You don’t have to have a Roku to get the streaming service. Their app is available on Android, Apple, Firestick, and via their website.
Today is Blue’s Clues 25th birthday, and Nick Jr. has a special gift for us. They brought back Steve Burns to record a special little message for all of us.
He explained that he left the show on a bus to go to college. Since we all grew up watching in the last quarter of a century, so much has happened to him and us. But at the end of the day, we are all friends, and he never forgot us. And we never forgot him, his warmth and positive reinforcement.
I think we all need to have a little Steve Burns in our lives. Maybe he can do a Blue’s Clues for adults. I would watch. I need his calming voice in my life.
However, until then, we can listen to one of his songs every Thursday on CBS at 8p. That is because he is the man who sings the theme song Might Little Man from Young Sheldon.
This is Dancing with the Stars’ 30th season, so you would think they would only get the big names for it. You thought wrong. It is so bad they couldn’t even get Lori Loughlin to do it, so they got her daughter to compete. I wonder how much her parents paid to get her on the show. Too soon?
Who else is dancing besides Olivia Jade?
Country singer Jimmie Allen – The only thing I know about him is that he is on Elton John’s upcoming duet album.
Spice Girl Melanie C – Let’s be honest, she is the least famous and most boring Spice Girl.
Christine Chiu (“Bling Empire”) – Never heard of the show or her.
Brian Austin Green (“Beverly Hills, 90210”) – It is good to be dating a dancer (Sharna Burgess) on the show.
Melora Hardin (“The Office”) – C’mon, she was on The Bold Type and has done so much more than The Office. I bet she will be the most graceful one on the dancing floor.
Matt James (“The Bachelor”) – The first African-American Bachelor, and he picked the alleged racist to be his bachelorette.
Amanda Kloots (“The Talk”) – Talk about dancing on her husband’s grave. Has anyone made as much of a career over their loved one’s death as she has? And how can Carrie Ann Inaba be neutral towards her since they worked together on The Talk?
Martin Kove (“Cobra Kai”) – He is the man we love to hate on Cobra Kai.
Gold medal Olympian Suni Lee – Did Simon Biles say no?
WWE Superstar Mike “The Miz” Mizanin – I don’t watch WWE.
Kenya Moore (“The Real Housewives of Atlanta”) – She should be fun. Hopefully, she will put Tyra Banks in her place. Someone needs to.
Peloton star instructor Cody Rigsby – I got my exercise bike on Buy Nothing, so I didn’t know Peleton made stars.
NBA star Iman Shumpert – I don’t do basketball
Popstar JoJo Siwa – What more is there to say about her than we already know and say.
Who are you rooting for? I will go with Melora Hardin because she is the underdog. Especially because there are so many trained dancers on the show. They are Siwa, Kloots, Rigsby, and Sporty Spice.
BTW I am in total bitch mode because I have a migraine. It felt fun to let my bitchiness shine through like a mirrorball trophy.
