BTWF: Michael J. Fox on Family
March 22nd, 2021 under Before They Were Famous, Michael J Fox. [ Comments: none ]

Before Michael J. Fox starred on Family Ties, he guest-starred on Family. He looks the same now as he did when he was 18 in that 1980 episode.

Martin Freeman was not a porn star in Love Actually
March 22nd, 2021 under Movies. [ Comments: none ]

I don’t know about you, but I thought that John (Martin Freeman) and Judy (Joanna Page) were playing porn stars in the movie Love Actually. I was wrong. Today, the Sherlock star told Jess Cagle on his SiriusXM radio show that is not the case.

“We were stand-ins on an Eyes Wide Shut type big-budget film. And we were just two sweet normal people who fancied each other and would have these very innocent, lovely, old-fashioned conversations while we happen to be half-naked, and I was squeezing her breasts sort of thing,” Freeman said. “I think you’d want your money back if I was a porn star. You might have felt short-changed.”

I did not feel short-changed after watching him in the holiday film, did you? And did you also think he was a porn star or was it just me?

Chevy Chase spent five weeks in the hospital
March 22nd, 2021 under Chevy Chase. [ Comments: none ]

Chevy Chase has been MIA for a while, and now we know where he has been. “I was in the hospital five weeks. A heart issue. So, for now, I’m around the house. Not going anywhere,” the actor told Cindy Adams.

Chase, 77, did elaborate on what the heart issue was, but he is home now healing.

Because of his hospitalization, we now have confirmation that he has a heart. Seriously, I hope he is better soon.

Z-O-M-B-I-E-S 3 is happening, and it will be the franchise’s final movie
March 22nd, 2021 under Camryn and Milo Manheim, Disney. [ Comments: none ]

Disney Channel announced today that Z-O-M-B-I-E-S 3 will begin production this Spring with Meg Donnelly and Milo Manheim. That is the good news. The bad news is that this will be the last Z-O-M-B-I-E-S movie. Just like all of the other popular Disney movie franchises like High School Musical and Descendants.

“After the enormous success of ‘Z-O-M-B-I-E-S 2,’ we wanted to raise the stakes in this third and final installment,” said Lauren Kisilevsky, Vice President, Original Movies. “So when the ultimate outsiders descend on Seabrook, our team of cheerleaders, zombies and werewolves must band together to face a threat of galactic proportions that may change the face of Seabrook forever.”

That’s right, The cheerleaders, Zombies, and Werewolves (the latter were introduced in the sequel) will be taking on extraterrestrial beings. The only thing they are missing is Vampires. They probably would have shown up in the fourth movie.

Seriously, ever since I saw the first film, I have been telling everyone how amazing it is. The movie was able to give an updated take on school integration in a way that this younger generation can understand. It teaches us we should accept people no matter what they look like, and we should welcome them into our lives, even if they are Zombies.

Plus, the music is outstanding, and I am still listening to it two years later. If you haven’t seen it yet, you should watch it on Disney+. I promise you will love it as much as I do.

When will your favorite CBS shows air their season finales?
March 22nd, 2021 under CBS. [ Comments: none ]

Due to the pandemic, the television season started later than usual this year. However, it is ending in May like all of the other years in the past.

Today, CBS announced when their shows will be airing their finales. So get your calendars ready because you are not going to want to miss the series finales for Mom and NCIS: No LA, along with the other series who are still waiting for their fates to be decided.

That means I would not be surprised if a few more other shows will permanently be saying goodbye in May like B-Positive. I say that because, over the weekend, Thomas Middleidtch is reported to be involved in a sexual misconduct scandal. Vulture reports that he is accused of groping a woman without her consent at a now-closed Goth club in Los Angeles.
