Sherri Shepherd has always been a little rounder than most, but that was then. The actress debuted her slimmer figure this weekend and she looks fantastic. Not only that she feels that way too.
How did she do it? She gave up sugar in March. Since then she says, “Can’t begin to describe how #amazing I feel. Energy, clarity of thought and mind. Focused patient w my
son. Hearing from God a lot more clearly.” Then she added, “This is not a fad- it’s my life that is at stake,-It feels so good to feel #good.”
Good for her. Glad she found a healthy way to take off the extra pounds.

Before she was known as Cheryl Ladd on Charlie’s Angels, she went Cheryl Stoppelmoor when she was just 21 on The Ken Barry Wow Show. She was not alone because Steve Martin, 26, and Teri Garr, 24, shared the camera with her back in 1972. How cool is it to see them on the same show before they all became household names a few years later?
Julianne Hough comes off as all nice, but she might have a naughty side to her too.
The dancer posted the above photo and wrote, “Sometimes we don’t always know what self care entails or how to do it…sometimes it’s taking a bath or getting a facial, maybe it’s just some alone time. One of my favorite and simple things to do when I don’t have a ton of time is to simply touch my skin in a soft and nurturing way appreciating my sensual and primal nature while taking long deep breaths.
“This always reminds me to acknowledge how much I tax my body and helps me connect back to me again.”
I don’t know about you, but I think it totally sounds like she is pleasuring herself. What do you think she is saying?
Two years ago, Chewbacca Mom was as popular as Kim Kardashian’s nude butt. That was then, where is Candace Payne now? She is writing books about spreading the joy and today she was trying out some of this season’s hottest toys on Pickler & Ben.
You cannot have her on without at least one Star Wars toy to play with, so they had one for her. She, Kellie Pickler and Ben Aaron tried on some Stormtrooper masks, and it was not as good as the Wookie. Who cares? Because all we care about is seeing Chewbacca Mom again!
Case in point, the other day he Tweeted a photo with a legendary actor and wrote, “Imagine being called Dick Van Dyke in this PC-crazed era? Poor guy. He’ll have to change his name to Richard Van Non-Binary-Gender-Fluid.” To which the funny man responded with just the above photo from Diagnosis Murder. Which is very appropriate because DVD killed it with his comeback!
BTW have y’all heard the joke about Van Dyke? A young good looking guy walks into a Hollywood agent’s office and the guy says to him, “You have to change your name because you will not get any work as Penis Van Lesbian” Since it is a family name, the actor does not want to change it. Then 5 years later that agent gets a letter from Dick Van Dyke saying he decided to change his name as suggested. (I shortened the joke which is why it is not as funny)
