Tonight at 8p on Fox, it is time for The Resident’s fall season finale. Oh boy, what an episode it is.
Conrad’s (Matt Czuchry) dad (Glenn Morshower) is rushed to the hospital after he passes out from pain and it will force the father and son to have some serious talks. Like what his dad wants to do in case of an emergency and what really happened when his parents split. Conrad will learn something about his dad he never knew. Will it change how he feels about him?
It is Devon’s (Manish Dayal) wedding day and he meets with Julian (Jenna Dewan) before the nuptials. As he is trying to tell he has feelings for her, she shuts him down. That is because she has decided to blow the whistle on her medical supply company, report them to the FDA and leave to an undisclosed location. What happens when she tells her boss that she knows what he has been doing is illegal and kill patients? Let’s just say, he is not going to let her go without a fight.
That is not the only fight, Devon has to fight his feelings to decide if he wants to get married. And there is yet one more fight going on. But I cannot tell you that.
You don’t want to miss this episode because so much happens that moves the show forward. Plus, it is really entertaining and let’s be honest. That is what is really important.
I have been to dozens of concerts in my life. I had a singer try to hit me on the head with a mic stand. Another one looked at me like I was crazy. I was told by another one I was crazy. And a guitarist splashed Jack Daniels on me. But I have never been thrown out.
That is me. A couple on Friday was so excited to see Machine Head that they could not control themselves. Or as the band put it, “San Diego! HOLY… FREAKIN… SH*T!!!?? When a guy and gal get ejected for having sex during ‘Davidian’ (in the front row no less!?) you know it’s gonna complete insanity! *no joke!*… WOW, what a welcome back you gave us, we are blown away! ⠀
“Epic circle pits, the jumping was crazy, boobies, sing-a-longs, crowd-surfing-mania, couples having sex!!?”
In the front row? I cannot even imagine how. Especially since it is so packed. But when there is a willy, there is a way. Maybe if she just gave him some machine head instead, they could’ve stayed for the whole show. Hopefully, they will cum to their next show because it sounds like they will be back in San Diego again soon after an 11-year hiatus.
Over the weekend, Buffalo held the World’s Largest Disco and several ’70s icons came out to put on their boogie shoes. The groovy celebs are The Brady Bunch’s Barry Williams, Mike Lookinland, Chris Knight, Susan Olsen with “Fake Jan” Geri Reischl, Howard Hesseman and Loni Anderson from WKRP in Cincinnati, Lisa Whelchel from The Facts of Life and Deney Terrio from Dance Fever.
What a neato lineup of actors who look just as great now as they did then. Plus, they did it for a good cause because the event was to raise money for Camp Good Days & Special Times. That’s the way, uh huh, uh huh, I like it.
Jennifer Garner recently got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Over the weekend, she was on Hollywood Blvd and she had to stop by to see it. What did she do when she saw her name on the sidewalk? She did a tap dance.
She says that the owners of their stars have to do it. But no one tell her that is a lie. She is the only who has to dance for her star because she is just so gosh darn cute. I loved that she even waved goodbye to it when she was leaving!
Some days, you rush to go to the bathroom and then you quickly need to wipe, wash and hurry back. Sometimes you don’t even realize that you brought something back with you. Like a piece of toilet paper and it is stuck to your butt.
Well, that is what happened to Paula Abdul. When she realized what happened, she was not able to stay straight up! Thankfully for her, her friends were not hush, hush about it. I will stop now because these jokes are going down the drain.
