You know how they say that couples start to look alike after they have been married for a long time. Well after almost 11 years of marriage, Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood could totally be twins. The How Do I Live singer shared this photo of herself and I could have sworn it was her husband when I first saw it.
Why is she dressed as him? She is in costume for the Halloween episode of her show Trisha’s Kitchen that aired on the Food Network earlier today. I hope for the holiday, Brooks goes as her. I think he would be pretty or it could be one of those low places he has friends in.

After 4 seasons, NBC has decided to discharge the medical/military drama The Night Shift from its summer lineup. The cancellation is kind of a surprise because it was still doing alright in the ratings.
The show’s executive producer, Gabe Sachs, had this to say about the sad news, “No season 5! Very bummed. We love you all. Thank you for all the support and love you gave to us @NBCNightShift We wouldn’t have been there without you. THANK YOU!!!”
Fidget spinners are slowly taking over on Earth, and now they are doing the same thing in the International Space Station. Astronauts Randy Bresnik, Mark T. Vande Hei and Joseph M. Acaba tried one out in the name of science and determined, “How long does it spin? I’m not sure, but it’s a great way to experiment with Newton’s laws of motion!”
I wish my fidget spinner did the same thing on land as it does in Space, but really it is just a toy to keep my cat happy. Goes great with cat nip and almost has her spinning around like the astronauts.
Seriously though, how out-of-this-World cool is to see them play with the spinners up there?

Yesterday on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Bill Murray performed a 7 minute medley of three songs from West Side Story with Jan Vogler & Friends. Somewhere, I Feel Pretty and America are just three of the songs on their album New Worlds that is out now.
When it comes to the performance, it is no Cher, but it will leave you smiling. Who doesn’t love to see Murray belting out, “I Feel Pretty!” The best moment comes at the very end when he sings this line from America, “Puerto Rico’s in America!” He got a huge applauds for a line that was written over 60 years ago. Wonder if Stephen Sondheim knew how powerful that line would be in October of 2017 to a President who does not seem to understand that?

When Bryan Cranston and his wife went on their honeymoon in Europe, their travel agent told them to take a train through the Alps to get from Switzerland to Italy. The agent explained to them that on their route, there are three tunnels. The first is one is 5 minutes, the second one is about 10 and the third one goes on for 50, wink, wink. The actor told Graham Norton on his BBC show that he knew what he meant, join the tunnel high club.
The newlyweds get on the train and they are excited for their journey. They get through the first tunnel and the sexual tension is building. Then the next one comes upon and they are emotionally getting ready. Finally it is time for his train to enter her tunnel. They strip off, thinking time is on their side because the darkness is making it hard on his hard on to find her, but it is not. That tunnel was not 50 minutes, but only 15. Just as they started, the train pulls into a station. That is when his new wife wanted him to pull out of her station because there were three Italian couples watching their love making.
I guess that is the perfect way to start marriage because 29 years later, they are still going strong. And not having sex on trains. At least I am assuming they are not after that!
