The whole Cyrus clan came in like a wrecking ball to takeover Apple TV’s Carpool Karaoke. It would not be a family reunion if Billy Ray, Tish, Miley, Brandi, Trace, Braison & Noah Cyrus did not sing the song that made their last name famous. To make the Achy Break Heart performance even more rockin’, they all put on mullet wigs just like the hairdo the patriarch had when we got to know that catchy tune 25 long years ago. A lot has happened to the Cyrus world since we started line dancing to that song! Imagine what life would be like if that breakup anthem never happened? There would be no party in the USA.

As we know Medusa gets her strength from her hair, but how do you show it on a weekly show like Marvel’s The Inhumans? A CGIed wig. But even today’s technology could not make it look realistic. What to do? Shave her head of course and make a bad show even worse.
Out of all of the pilots I watched for the Fall season; this one was so awful I had no idea what was going on so I shut it off midway through with no intentions of going back to it. I might have liked it a little more had I not watched The Gifted earlier in the day. Fox did a much better job with a Marvel show than ABC is doing.
When you think of all of the ideal celebrities who Dancing with the Stars should cast to be on the ABC show, William Shatner seems like he would be on the top of the list. Sadly though, we will not be seeing him on the dancing competition program. He came up with a brilliant way to get out of it. The Star Trek leader revealed on Twitter his secret, “See? I was smart! I latched on to @Tom_Bergeron as a friend to disqualify myself! 😉👍🏻 #geniusmove.” Too bad we will not see his genius dance moves in the ballroom. Therefore, I think they need to get rid of that rule because we need the Shat and Josh Groban on the program.
BTW how does Captain Kirk’s friend feel about his evil plan? Tom Bergeron Tweeted back, “So our ‘friendship’ has just been a clever ruse to avoid competing on @DancingABC? That’s such a sneaky, Kirk-ish thing to do! #RomulanEars.” Poor Tom.

Rose McIver plays a living dead person on iZombie and that means her skin has to appear very pale because there is no blood pumping throughout her body. Since an actual living person cannot obtain that skin color naturally, the makeup department has to give her flesh that hue. It sounds like it would be simple and take no time at all, but in the land of Hollywood it is harder than you would think.
Watch McIver get transformed into Liv’s look. It is quite incredible the process she has to go through every day on The CW procedural that you should be watching. And here I thought brilliantly transforming into a new character every week was the toughest part of her job.
What I enjoyed most is seeing that only do they have to lighten her skin, they also have to give her makeup on top of it. Which is quite impressive to me.
