BTWF ads: Candace Cameron for Kentucky Friend Chicken
April 13th, 2017 under Before They Were Famous, Full House. [ Comments: none ]

Before Candace Cameron was getting free puppet shows from Uncle Joey on Full House, she was getting a magic show from David Fletcher at Kentucky Fried Chicken. How scrumptious was the 6 year old in that 1982 commercial?

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are officially over
April 13th, 2017 under Ben Affleck. [ Comments: none ]

After nearly 2 years of will they or won’t get back together, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck made it official by filing for divorce together. The friendliest exes are both asking for joint and legal custody of their three children, Violet, Serafina and Sam.

Why now? A source told People, “They always planned to divorce despite what people said. If you look at their first statement it says divorce not separate. They just did it the way they wanted to and did what was best for their kids. There was no catalyst, it was just time. Nothing has changed, they are and still will be putting their kids first.”

I always thought they would get back together especially after he recently completed rehab, guess not. But then again if Dame Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton can get remarried after their divorce, then so can Bennifer 2.0.

The thing that Ariel Winter does to make people uncomfortable
April 13th, 2017 under Ariel Winter, Conan O'Brien, Modern Family. [ Comments: none ]

Over the last two years Ariel Winter has gone from being a teenager to a woman, but there is something childlike that she does that freaks people out. She told Conan O’Brien on his TBS talk show yesterday, that her baby voice makes her boyfriend and her friends really uncomfortable.

How and why? The host asked her to do it and you can judge for yourself how and why it does that. Personally, I find it more annoying than uncomfortable. What will really make people uncomfortable is in 10 years when she does her Sofia the First around teen boys, who will be all types of confused. Childhood memory gone wrong because a sexy woman sounds like a character they really loved in preschool. How creepy would that be?

Because falling is always funny, even on the news!

We have all seen a sportscaster get knocked over by a player, but did you know weatherpeople also fall on their butts? News Be Funny compiled some of the funniest slips, not the normal slip ups, that occured during liveshots.

Some news people were in action shots, some were doing weather, some were covering the weather and some were just sitting or standing still. Proving you never safe from a good trip during the fall.

Of course, they have saved the best for last. Which one is that? That is when WAGA’s Melissa Sander was stomping grapes in a bucket and slipped off the deck. She went face first into the ground and suffered several broken ribs according to Bro Council. Since she is fine now, it is OK to laugh. And it is also OK to laugh at everyone who made an a$$ of themselves as they landed on their a$$!

We all fall, why not enjoy the fall?

It is not even Easter, and yet Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries just released their Christmas in July promos.

Starting on July 1st, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries will air their most loved Christmas films for a week and its sister channel will start their week-long marathon 9 days later on the 10th.

To get you even more into the Christmas spirit, they will be showing off this year’s Christmas Keepsakes Ornaments in between the movies.

Event though Santa Claus has 255 more nights of sleep, it is never too early to dream about the season of giving and getting. Plus, who doesn’t love a sweet as candy cane holiday movie from Hallmark? I know I look forward to them every year, no matter when they air!
