Nathan Lane was on The Tonight Show yesterday and he has a beef with Jimmy Fallon. The Producers’ star doesn’t think it is fair that the NBC late host beat him out twice for the Emmy. The problem Lane has is that Fallon won for hosting Saturday Night Live while Lane lost out for guest starring (acting) on a show.
The Broadway baby was very standoffish, so his co-star Matthew Broderick tried to bring peace between the two men. That’s when things went from bad to worse. Lane asked Fallon, “When do we play Beer Pong, bitch?” I guess that is the wrong to say to him because Jimmy jumped over the desk and attacked his guest. Who knew that the nicest guy in late night actually has a temper? Now we know, if you don’t want to get your a$$ kicked by Fallon, then don’t call him “bitch!” But if you do want him to kick your bum, then call him that.
The Modern Family family seem really close, but Sofia Vergara told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that she has a problem with someone on the set. Who is the cast member that she says she doesn’t like? It is Brigitte, who plays Gloria’s dog Stella. Vergara says that she doesn’t think her four-legged co-star is that good of an actor. I sense some jealousy there, because even Brigette has won an award for her work on the show and Sofia has not.
But seriously, if I were Sofia I would be careful before I eat any of the chocolate on the set. It might just be a present from her arf-nemesis.
Britney Spears Instagrammed this photo of her shoulder length bob in pigtails and I think she looks like Pippi Longstocking. But that could be because her braids are standing straight just like the cute redhead’s. And you know what, it is a really cute look for her?
So you have heard that the new iPhones can actually bend. Well yesterday on Conan, Samsung Galaxy released a commercial trying to get people to switch to their cellular phones. I don’t know about you but I am excited to switch. There is something about it that just makes me want to put it my pocket, set it on vibrate and call myself over and over and over again.
Jorge Garcia aka Hurley Instagrammed this photo of himself with the cast of Lost the Musical and I don’t know if I want to see it or not. I think I am leaning towards seeing it because according to Garcia, the audience gets to choose the ending. Something we wish we got to do with the original one.
Now when it comes to the cast, some of them look like the characters they are playing and then there is the guy starring as Charlie. That wig is almost as bad the series’ ending. Yeah, I am still bitter about it and I know I am not alone.
Now back to Lost the Musical; if you want to see it live and you are in the LA area, then you can get reasonably price tickets to see it in Hollywood until October 26th. Anyone want to go see it with me?
