Ruben Studdard was on The Steve Harvey Show today to perform his latest single Love, Love, Love and all I could focus on is how much weight he has lost. The Velvet Teddy Bear was eliminated not once; but twice on The Biggest Loser last year and yet he has not only kept that weight off, he added a lot more to it. The American Idol is looking as great as voice and I hope he stays this way. Way to go Ruben!

Earlier in the week, Johnny Depp confirmed his engagement by showing off the diamond ring he is wearing on that finger. People wanted to know why one of Hollywood’s most wanted actors would being doing that. So yesterday when he was on The Late Show, David Letterman asked him about it. Captain Jack Sparrow explained that the ring he bought for Amber Heard was too big for her but the perfect size for him. So he kept the original one, wears it on his hand and bought her a new one to wear on her’s.
Whatever the reason, I think more men should proudly wear diamond engagement rings like him. What do you think?

Earlier this week it was rumored that James Franco tried to pick up a 17 year old girl on Instagram and today the 35 year old confirmed the story on Live with Kelly and Michael. The Oscar host told them, “Unfortunately in my position, I mean…I have a very good life, but not only do I have to go through the embarrassing kind of rituals of kind of meeting someone, sometimes if I do that then it gets, you know, published for the world so now, you know, it’s like doubly embarrassing.” Kind of embarrassing? He hit on a woman half his age, who isn’t even old enough to vote or drunk. So ewwwwww.

Is Fox regretting picking up Glee for another season? |

Glee’s ratings have been going down faster than Chris Colfer’s voice goes up with each song, so I guess that helped to influence Fox’s decision to cut their episode order by 2 episodes just over a month before their season finale is set to air. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cut was due to the hiatus that they took at the beginning of the season as they dealt with Cory Monteith’s untimely death.
Personally, I think it has to do with their ratings dropping to about 3 million viewers this week. Which is kind of scary because Fox committed to another season of the show, so they are stuck with it no matter how low it goes. THR says that the two cut episodes might go to super size the show’s final season, but I have a feeling that that will not be the case. I think that Fox will cut their episode order again if things don’t pick up at the beginning of next season. With the Glee Club being disbanded on the singing dramedy, I think they lost some fans who were tuning in for that aspect of the show. A cut, I predicted would happen last fall. It only took them a season and a half to base the show solely in NY.
Why did you stop watching Glee? Was it the bad songs? The over the top stories? The end of Ohio? Too much Lea Michele and not enough everyone else? Why?
