Kama Sutra might sound like a great way to heat up your sex life, but for one couple, on tonight’s Sex Sent Me to the ER at 9p on TLC, it turned their bedroom adventures chilling.
A very competitive couple were trying different positions from the Indian Book of Love, and one of them led to him falling out of bed and hurting his ankle. Embarrassed by how it happened, he refuses to get the help he really needs from paramedics. So his wife and him are off to the ER by themselves and coming up with a story to explain why his ankle has just turned to mush. Wait until you hear the story they came up with?
Then there is a pair of new parents who finally get a night out, and even though they went dancing they don’t want to be doing it standing up. So he takes her out to a pasture and they plan to work on baby #2 in his truck. When a loud noise scares the crap out of her, she snaps her body in such a way she is in extreme pain. So what caused the pain? Let’s just say it wasn’t what they expected at all and I don’t think they will be having truck sex because of it again.
Finally, the third couple go in to the ER because she is having severe pain down there. Before the doctor does the examination, the wife tells the doctor she thinks her husband is cheating on her. So everyone thinks it is an STD is causing the pain. But when his test turns out negative, we find out that is not the reason for the pain. The doctor discovers that something that is “glistening” by her cervix is. So what is it? You don’t want to miss what it is?
And you know you are dying to find out what happens with the other couples too. Can I tell you this is the first episode that really had me on the edge of the seat wanting to know what was going happen next. The couple with the pain down there, really had me excited to find out what was causing it. Actually this show has me excited every time it is on! I seriously think it is my favorite show on TV! So check it out to see why I love it so much.

Is Adam Levine trying to tell us he’s a cross dresser? |

We know that Adam Levine has moves like Jagger, but are we now finding out he likes to dress like a woman when he isn’t singing that song? The Maroon 5 singer was photographed holding some bras, so what are we supposed to think? Well even though we are thinking that, the real reason he is holding women’s apparel is because he just launched a line of clothing for the ladies at Kmart. That’s right girls, we can dress the way The Voice coach wants us to, if we go to Kmart and buy something from the Adam Levine Women’s Collection. I saw a few things that made me want to pick up the payphone and order them right now! Did you see anything you liked?

Are you singing the praises of The Jersey Boys’ trailer? |

The first trailer is out for Jersey Boys, and I can’t wait to see the movie based on the Broadway musical about The Four Seasons when it comes out on June 20th.
I don’t normally like Clint Eastwood films because they put me to sleep, but I don’t think I will be taking my eyes off of this one.
Will you go to see Jersey Boys when it comes out in June or will you be walking like a man to another movie?

Colin Firth teachs Michael Strahan how to do a bloody good English accent! |

Colin Firth was on Live with Kelly and Michael today and he shared with Michael Strahan the secret for how a Yank can do a perfect English accent. It was a trick the Oscar winner learned when he shot The King’s Speech. First he had the former American Football player say, “Would you like a spot of tea?” as he would normally do so when he is trying to sound like a Brit. Then Firth told him to roll on the ground, stand up and say the same phrase again. What happens next is bloody amazing because he sounds like a true Brit. Who knew that is the technique that would’ve saved Dick Van Dyke from decades of embarrassment due to his horrible Cockney accent in Mary Poppins.
So now that you know what Firth did to sound so perfect in the movie that earned him an Oscar, are you going to try it for yourself? I am so dizzy from trying it over and over again because it works so well. I can’t wait until my English friend comes over from London, so she can hear how much better I am at doing her accent. That is if I can walk a straight line to see her because at the current time it does not seem feasible.
BTW I loved Strahan’s reaction after he heard himself do the British accent the second time around. So awwdorable like him!
