The Lonely Island was back on Saturday Night Live yesterday and this time Adam Levine and Kendrick Lamar were there to help the band out. The new song is called YOLO and I think NatGeo needs to make it the new theme song for their hit show Doomsday Preppers. It is just as wild as the show and just as addictive.
Beyonce posted the above photo on Instagram with a shirt that reads “Can I live?” But does it mean can she live her life or is she honoring her husband’s song Can I live? or does it mean can she sing live? Something many of us have been questioning since we found out she lipsynced the national anthem at the Presidential Inauguration earlier this week? I think most of us would like to think it is referring to singing, but I am sure she would say it does not. Although she hasn’t said anything since the scandal broke. What’s the big deal? We know singers sometimes lipsync at live events like that because there is too much that can interfere with their voice and the performance. So why doesn’t she just admit that she just wanted to give the best performance possible and didn’t want to leave anything to chance. I think we could all understand her if that is her excuse. But by remaining silent, I think it makes her look like maybe she can’t sing live. At least that is just my take on it.
Earlier this week WWSB‘s Linda Carter was reporting about goats at a local county fair in Sarasota and one of them knocked her over. The video became an instant sensation all over the interewebs and yesterday Anderson Cooper did a whole RidicuList asking if goats are taking over the world with that clip and a few others. I never knew until that news report just how scary they were and now I won’t be able to sleep tonight. I just hope Syfy wasn’t watching Anderson Cooper 360 yesterday because if they were I foresee a movie about killer goats coming our way one of these Saturday night.
Ever since it was announced that there is going to be a movie made of 50 Shades of Grey, people have wondered who was going to direct it and even more important who was going to star in it. Well ShortCutsYT took the latest casting rumors of Mila Kunis and Ryan Gosling and made a trailer with Michael Bay directing the sexual blockbuster that was written by Bret Easton Ellis. You know what I think they are on to something. The combination might be enough to know Avatar down a notch as the highest box office earner…or maybe not! Would you go see that version? I would!
