The madness ends on tonight’s American Horror Story: Asylum!
January 23rd, 2013 under American Horror Story. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 10p the craziness of American Horror Story: Asylum ends on FX and it is satisfying and not what you would expect.
The show has been fast forwarding in time for the last few episodes and tonight we will see our remaining characters live their lives from the ’70s until today. We find out what will happen to Kit Walker, his kids, Sister Jude and Monsignor Timothy Howard from a modern day Lana Winters being interviewed before her Kennedy Center Honors. As she tells their stories, we will also hear hers and if she finally brought down Briarcliff.
But there is one story that is unresolved in her interview and that is what will happen when her son finally confronts her. That’s right Johnny Thredson will finally have his moment alone with the woman who tried to abort him and killed his father. What will happen? I ain’t telling you because you have to watch the episode to find out.
But here is a little preview I got on a conference call with Dylan McDermott, “Well, ‘Johnny Thredson,’ obviously he’s a troubled man; so where I hope he goes and where he goes are two different places, but I think he’s got a sole purpose in life and really that is, he feels so scorned by his mother. Everything is about his mother. The reason he’s doing all these horrible things is because he was rejected so harshly by his mother, obviously aborted. His father was a serial killer. His mother aborted him and he still lives. So his whole trajectory in life is really about her.” So you think you know how it ends? You are wrong or are you right?

Kenyan orphans want Charles in Charge of them
January 23rd, 2013 under Scott Baio. [ Comments: none ]

Two guys, who went over to Kenya and worked at an orphanage there, taught the kids the theme song to Charles in Charge. Out of all the opening numbers from television shows, I feel bad that the orphans were taught this one. Not because it is bad, but you can’t get it out of your freaking head. They are probably still singing it as I type this.
BTW here is what Josie Davis, who played Sarah Powell on the show, Tweeted about the video “Kenyan Orphanage taught “Charles in Charge” what the hell??” I have to say I totally agree with her!

Necessary Roughness gets rough tonight!
January 23rd, 2013 under USA Network. [ Comments: none ]

Necessary Roughness is back on USA tonight at 10p and it takes place about 2 months after the shocking season finale. Dani (Callie Thorne) hasn’t practiced since that night. Her son (Patrick Johnson) is trying to turn over a new leaf after being busted for growing pot in their backyard. T.K. (Mehcad Brooks) is out of rehab, but they are not allowing him to play just yet. Nico (Scott Cohen) and Dani haven’t talked about their sexy and long awaited kiss yet. And Marshall Pittman left the New York Hawk’s to his troubled daughter and she doesn’t want the team. A lot of good stuff happens on tonight’s midseaspn premiere and you don’t want to miss a single second of it.

Simon Cowell’s yabba dabba doo face!
January 23rd, 2013 under American Idol 9+, Simon Cowell. [ Comments: none ]

WENN.com
Simon Cowell was caught by the paps coming out of a hotel in London and I never realized until now how much he is starting to look like Fred Flintstone. Seriously doesn’t he look like the animated caveman?
If the King of Mean ever donned that orange and black shirt dress, I would promise to watch every episode of The X Factor from that point on and only say positive things about the singing competition.

LeAnn Rimes has been silenced for two weeks!
January 23rd, 2013 under Jimmy Kimmel, LeAnn Rimes. [ Comments: none ]

LeAnn Rimes was on Jimmy Kimmel Live! yesterday and she was just guest and not a performer because she busted a blood vessel on her vocal cords due to allergies. In fact it is so bad that after she appeared on the show, doctors told her she couldn’t talk for at least two weeks. Which I am sure made a lot of people happy, but unfortunately she still has Twitter. So we might not be able to hear her but that means we can still read what she has to say.
And some of her haters will be able to hear in April because she told the ABC late night host that some of the songs on her upcoming album are related to what has been happening in her life. I doubt that Brandi Glanville will want to hear any of the songs off of Spitfire, just like LeAnn doesn’t want to watch any episodes of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
