Last week during the season premiere Bones and Booth were finally reunited after being separated for 3 months and tonight at 8p we start to see the friction between them because of that. Their fighting in a way is perfect because they are dealing with a case of a murdered divorce attorney. Will looking into his murder help get them back together or will it drive them further apart?
Then at 9p The Mob Doctor airs its second episode and after last week’s series premiere ratings failure. I thought the show’s debut was so boring, I couldn’t even review it. So when Fox put the second episode online, I thought I would check it out to see if it was any better. I have to say it was even more boring. The problem with the show is doesn’t have an identity. It needs to either be a mob show and deal with mob like issues and whack people or it needs to be a medical show and let us watch them try to solve medical cases. It doesn’t do either one and because of that and lead that doesn’t make you care for her, it might be the first show cancelled and it might come as early as tomorrow. Especially if it scores even lower ratings than it did last week and the show did so without the competition of new eps of Two Broke Girls and Mike & Molly, and Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars on against it. The only hit The Mob Doctor will probably see will be itself.
Joshua Jackson was on George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight and he talked about everything from Fringe to Dawson’s Creek to Pacey Con being his idea to recently catching up with Katie Holmes after she got divorced, but the biggest reveal came when he talked about his personal life.
Stroumboulopoulos told him a story about how when Billy Connolly was on the show, he shared an experience that happened to him. The story was that a woman came up to him and he asked if she wanted an autograph. She then said she was his mother. After Stroumboulopoulos shared that with Jackson, the Fringe star said he had a similar experience. He was doing a play in London and one night the stage manager said a man was there claiming to be his estranged dad. Jackson thought it was just someone some wacko saying they were the man he hadn’t seen in 20 years, but when the manager gave him some of the details that guy gave him he realized the man was actually his father. The two had an awkward meeting, as one would expect.
I can’t even imagine how weird that must’ve been for him and how strange it must be to him to this day. I mean his expression when Stroumboulopoulos told the Connolly story says it all.
Flavor Flav and Miley Cyrus met up iHeartRadio and World Star Hip Hop was there to capture their special moment. It wasn’t as much their meeting that made this video so awesome, it was afterwards when he tells the camera that he was talking to “Gwen Stefani”. P!nk I could understand, but I don’t get why he thought she was No Doubt singer. Does he think all platinum blondes with short hair look alike? But then he would mistake her for his past lover Brigitte Nielsen, so it isn’t that?
Now when it comes to his confusion was that a compliment to Gwen that he thought she looks half her age or a diss to Miley that she looks twice her age?
Sofia Vergara’s dazzling Zuhair Murad Emmy dress was skin tight and turns out it was just a little too snug for bum. As the Modern Family actress explained, “20 min Modern Family won!! Dress malfuncion !!! Thank you emergency team!!!” But it didn’t get her down (like it did the men when her team fixed the wardrobe malfunction) because she added, “Yes!!!! This happend 20 min before we won!!!! Jajajajja. I luv my life!!!!” How many boys would want that job? You know to stitch up her dress right there?
BTW seeing how perfect her butt is makes me even more jealous of her. I was kind of hoping she would have cellulite because she is so perfect and needs to have at least one flaw. Am I right ladies?
