Sylvester Stallone’s son Sage passed away today at the age of 36. Sly’s lawyer George Braunstein told to The New York Post: “I have just gotten a report that he was found dead at his home…. He was in good spirits, and working on all kinds of project. He was planning on getting married. I am just devastated. He was an extremely wonderful, loving guy. This is a tragedy.†Through his publicist Michelle Bega the grieving father released this statement, “Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son Sage Stallone…His compassion and thoughts are with Sage’s mother, Sasha [Czack]. Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man, his loss will be felt forever.†My prayers go out to Stallone and his ex-wife because no parent should suffer the loss of a child.
Sage starred along with his father in Rocky V and Daylight. To keep his spirit alive, I suggest watching one of those movie. I will rewatch Daylight because it is one of my favorites.
Today is Friday the 13th and Chiller is asking Can You Survive A Horror Movie at 9p. Anthony Marks (“Remains”), Annie Unnold (Celebrity Ghost Stories), and Morgan West (“Dead Souls”) go to the real Crystal Lake and test out different horror movie scenarios to see if they can survive it and I will tell you that two out of three will die before the end of show. Between trying to survive a Zombie Attack and being Buried Alive with bugs in the coffin, several experts will share with you how would you be able to survive in horror’s most deadly scenes. They will offer simple suggestions on how to survive. Might seem like you would never need it, but you never know…
I enjoyed this two hour special so much that I hope that Chiller considers making it a weekly competition show.
Are you sick of your little girl asking you to buy her doll when ever you go to the toy store even though you got her one a week ago and she has already stopped paling with it? Do you want to break of her of that costly habit? Then you need to buy her Boehner Baby that was showcased on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night. It is the doll to end all dolls. Just like John Boehner, he cries and cries and cries until your daughter is drenched with his tears. She will be so wet that she will never want another doll again. Just make sure she isn’t playing in a room that is sealed tight because there have been incidents of accidental drownings due to him crying so much.
So run out to Walgreens now to pick one up because they are going fast. And you don’t want to cry like John Boehner if they are sold out.
BTW coming soon the Fergie Boom Boom Pee doll to help little girls become Big Girls Who Don’t Cry when they wet the pull-ups.

The Cure was playing a gig at the Bilbao BBK Festival in Spain when they had some equipment issues. Instead of calling it a night, Robert Smith played three songs with just him and a guitar until they got the instruments back up and running. And when they were ready to jam as a band again, they played 38 more songs much to the delight of the audience.
Listening to him do the set all by himself like that, I think those lucky fans got more than their money’s worth because he was freaking flawless. While I would never want to screw anyone out of a job, I almost feel like he should do a solo tour. I once saw Howard Jones perform by himself with just a synthesizer and it was one of the most enjoyable concerts I have ever been to. Seriously wouldn’t you pay to see Smith just like that?
A day after Jennifer Lopez said she hadn’t made a decision whether or not she would stay on American Idol and Steven Tyler announced he was leaving the Fox show, J-Lo confirmed to Ryan Seacrest she she is quitting the singing the competition. She said it was not an easy choice but she has too much on plate and just can’t give the show the commitment it needs.
I say good riddance because I have never liked her and she added nothing to the show. She was too nice and boring.
So now Randy Jackson is once again the lone judge and I think it is time for him to go. Actually I think it was time for him to go a long long long time ago. If the rumors are true that he is a package deal with Mariah Carey then I think she needs a new manager. Carey would be great because unlike J-Lo she can sing. Plus she was married to one of the biggest record producers in history. She knows what it takes to creaye a music star unlike the other judges.
