For years I have wondered why Eric Balfour has always had his goatee and never shaved it off. Well I am not the only one and today on Twitter he explained why he hasn’t changed his look.
My facial hair is in honor of my dead grandmother. She told me on her death bed the day I finally had more hair on my chin than hers, I was never aloud to shave again! ARE YOU INSULTING MY DEAD GRANNY?!!! SHE’S DEAD DUDE! Just kidding 🙂 Not about her being dead. She really is dead. So f*ck you for reminding me! Not about the f*ck you part, I never forgot my grandma was dead… Hahahahaha! “@nigel_howard: @ERICBALFOUR please shave the attempt at a beard / moustache combo. It’s not cool
It is just another reason to love him. How sweet that it’s in honor of his late grandmother.
BTW it’s not that I think he looks bad with the facial hair, I am just curious to see what he looks without it. Especially after I saw Tangled because I think he looks a lot like Flynn Rider. Doesn’t he?
Before the contestants wanted to say “f*ck you” to Carrie Ann Inaba on Dancing with the Stars, she was playing Fook Yu in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me. Who else will never be able to look at her the same after seeing the 31 year old in that 1999 movie?

Emily Deschanel announced today that she is pregnant with her first child. The big question is not who is the father (it’s her husband David Hornsby’s), but will her character Bones also be pregnant. The only thing that executive producer Hart Hanson Tweeted is that he is passing on the well wishes to her, but not if he was writing her pregnancy in to the show. That would delight some fans, and piss off others.
Now back to Emily, according to People she is due later this year but they didn’t say when. So I am sure that will play a big part on how big we will see her belly get on the show!
Tonight on Fox at 9p Mobbed creates one of the biggest flash mobs for a very special moment and you are not going to want miss a single minute of this show that will leave crying happy tears.
Justin wants to propose to his girlfriend of three years and he wants to make it special for Nikki. So he goes to Fox and he asks them to help and they agree by gathering over 1,000 people to take part in a flash mob at the Americana.
The first half hour is Howie Mandel and So You Think You Can Dance’s Tabitha and Napoleon preparing for the big night. Howie has ideas what he wants to happen and some work and one might blow the whole thing. But one of his biggest ideas makes the proposal extra special, but you will have to watch Fox at 9p to find out how.
I admit I am a sucker for proposals and flash mobs, and this show exceeded my expectations. Once the event begins to happen, I found myself crying along with Nikki and it didn’t stop until the credits roll.
I really hope this show is back for more because we need more happy shows like this one on TV!
