Slash was performing in Milan when a fan suddenly attacked him. After the incident Slash spoke to IHeartGuitar.com and he told the writer what happened.
So what’s with some jerk tackling you on stage the other night?
Now that all the facts are out, it was just some drunk guy who got on stage. It doesn’t seem like he had any ill will. What happened was, he came up behind me, and he’d managed to get up on stage and my security guard came up and tackled him, not knowing what this guy was necessarily capable of or whatever. So the real melee was the tackle (laughs). He basically deflected the guy off of me, and somehow the guy had managed to be hooked onto my guitar, which I let go of, all in a split second. They went off the edge of the stage, my guitar hit the ground and I picked it up and continued playing, only to find that it was broken, so I had to switch guitars and finish the song. It turned out to not be that big a deal, but you never know exactly what it could have been.
Luckily the guitar and Slash are OK. I love how calm he was after the attack, in true rocker fashion he was like, whatever. If it were me I would have run off the stage crying like a little girl if that happened to me.
Back in a December a couple got engaged on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and then on Friday not one, but two couples proposed to each other on the show. I don’t know what it is about his CBS show that says “Will you marry me?” to these couples, but I think it is so sweet! I hope to some day get proposed to on his show. I guess there is magical something about the show.
Maybe they should redo their commercial for tickets to say, “If you are in the LA and want to propose to your special someone than call 800-MARRY-ME on national television for tickets.”

So remember when Heidi Montag unsuccessfully auditioned for Transformers 3? Well George Lopez has been having the guests on his show recreate that audition on Lopez Tonight. He already Sir Ben Kingsley do it and now he had his Valentine’s Day co-star Ashton Kutcher do it. Obviously Killers taught him a lot…you know like how to suck in an action flick.
Tom Cruise and David Beckham are such good friends that Becks even named his youngest son after him. So does their friendship mean that Cruise can bend it like Beckham. Looking at him on the Knight and Day set with Cameron Diaz, it looks like not only did he pick up his moves but so did she. There is only problem, the ball doesn’t haven’t a shadow so they are just acting like they are playing with a real ball. Let’s hope they can fake it just as good when their movie comes out on June 23rd.
