Before Busy Philipps went to college in Dawson’s Creek, she went to high school in The Smokers. She looks exactly the same now as when she was 20 in that 2000 movie.
Betty White did her first post-Saturday Night Live interview on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno tonight and when they were talking about what it was like behind the scenes on the show what he said made Golden Girl laugh. It is very rare that someone can actually one up the TV legend and boy did the late night host do it!
Betty also told him more about her SNL appearance and who tapped her for doing a good job when the full interview airs on NBC at 11:35p tonight.

Russell Brand left his house, but looking at these pictures there was something he forgot to do before locked up his place…he forgot to button up his pants. I can understand not zipping up, but not closing the top button I don’t get it. Maybe Katy Perry and him just had some awesome (oral) sex and he was in such a rush to get where he was going that he happier that his jeans were actually on than that his underwear was showing.
BTW I think that is funniest thing I have ever seen him do. How sad is that?

We are 11 days away from finally seeing how Lost will end, and Bablegum came up with three different endings for the departing show. I can’t remember what show they are parodying in the first one, but I love what they did with The Breakfast Club ending and the Newhart finale. Part of me is kind of hoping it ends like one of them. Who I am lying to, it better end better than those. Although I have been joking for years that J.J. Abrams and his crew might end it like Newhart with Felicity writing a book called Lost about the survivors of a plane crash on a mysterious Island…
On that note, a few weeks ago I spoke to the legendary Bob Newhart at the TV Land Awards. When I asked him about what his fondest moment was from all of his hit shows, he told me it was the Newhart finale. He also told me who came up with the brilliant ending and why it was only able to work for that show!
He also told me what is up next for him, he is working on doing some stand up and a possible feature. Maybe next year Bob Newhart (one of the actors I have the utmost respect for in Hollywood) will be the new Betty White, that everyone will be doing Facebook petitions for to get him to host things. Hey TV Land, get him to play Betty White’s lover on your hysterical new sitcom Hot in Cleveland. I want to see the two of them in bed together!!!
So You Think You Can Dance is all about changes this season and they have (at least) one more. Nigel Lythgoe Tweeted the latest one today, “We’re not telling the contestants if they made #SYTYCD in the studio. We’re going out to the dancer’s homes. I say “No” to someone tomorrow”
I don’t know about you, but wouldn’t it be fun if they went to one of the contestants’ homes that they say no to and the rejected dancer shuts the door in their face, starts yelling at them to get off their property then calls the cops on the SYTYCD crew for trespassing and the cops come and tell them to leave? It would definitely make the news more exciting, don’t you think? It is one thing when you are rejected on their turf, but they are coming to your personal space…anything goes! Let’s hope it does because I think it is just another way for Nigel Lythgoe to be cruel to the contestants.
On that Nigel also Tweeted about that other change I am not happy with, you know Mia Michaels replacing Mary Murphy at the judging table. His Tweet read, “Mary is still on the show but don’t make the same mistake as “Idol” this season. The show should be about the young talent not the judges.” Sounds like he is still bitter from parting ways with American Idol. Nigel if it is all about the young talent, then maybe this season you will stop trying to get the boo and just give a much shorter response to the dancers dances and actually critique their moves?
You can begin watching all the changes start to take effect on May 27th on Fox!
